Solsticio de invierno ☃️ la noche se hace larga 💫 momento propició para identificar nuestras fortalezas y debilidades ⭐ hoy recibimos el "espíritu de la navidad en familia" un día que nos invita a reflexionar sobre el verdadero significado de estás fiestas decembrinas 🎄💫🎶 dónde todos debemos tener nuestro corazón lleno de amor, alegría, generosidad, empatía y tolerancia.

Sentirme agradecida por la vida, pensar en las personas que amo y liberar todo lo que resta a mi ser 🙏 porque definitivamente, hoy es un día para soltar, esas cargas que llevamos arrastrando y que no nos dejan avanzar.

Ahora bien nos encontramos en la recta final de este año a vísperas de navidad 🎄, no me gusta el drama pero este año a sido duro para mí en dos aspectos salud y dinero, pero como todo en la vida, "siento y manifiesto" que no será para siempre, todo lo vivido tuvo algo útil, fue un cambio 💱 así que olvidar juzgar, renegar y cuestionar nos liberan y nos permite experimental ese umbral de transformación 💫🙏💫 de paz mental, porque recordemos que somos cuerpo, mente y espíritu.

Para mí han sido momentos de enormes aprendizajes 🙏 crecimiento y una maravillosa transformación, porque he aprendido cada día a valorar las bendiciones intangibles e invaluables en mi vida, he superado situaciones junto a mi familia, hemos obtenido logros que no tienen precio 💕 gracias a nuestra constancia, esfuerzo y dedicación 🥇.

Vivir los momentos difíciles me han ayudado a ser consciente y aprender a ser, este día evoca no solo deseos que provienen del corazón ❤️ sino recuerdos, cargas y sentimientos que salen a la luz para ser limpiadas y así poder sanar, sacar lo que está escondido, oculto en nuestro interior nos ayudara como les comenté a reconocer nuestras fortalezas y debilidades ⭐💫.

Creo que actuar de modo consciente con respeto y valor para con uno y los demás, es el verdadero sentir del espíritu de la navidad 💫 aprender a vivir desde el ser, es lo que nos inspira a dar sin esperar recibír.

Está navidad al igual que las pasadas siete, he dejado de ocultar mis emociones, sentimientos, necesidades intentando llenar con regalos, objetos o cosas, porque definitivamente no los llenan, sin embargo conectar conmigo misma, leer, escribir, meditar, caminar y escucharme me ha permitido encontrarme y transformar aquello que me limita. ⭐💫

El espíritu de la navidad se siente de adentro hacia fuera, alinear nuestro ser nos invita a prepararnos para realmente compartir con los demás 🎁, este año he trabajado por un enfoque diferente espiritual, porque creo que no estamos para perder el tiempo, somos una vez en la vida, está es nuestro valioso y maravilloso regalo 🎁 💫 del universo y eso me lo confirma mis perdidas físicas de seres amados, 🥲 así que no vale desperdiciar un momento, un beso, abrazo, un te amo.

Hoy es un día de energía positiva, un dia especial, la noche más larga ✨ así que a brillar con luz propia 💫 dejemos salir nuestra esencia, deja fluir tus emociones, sentimientos, necesidades, aprendizajes, dejemos atrás 🔙 todo aquello que ya no tiene cavidad en nuestra vida.

Atraer a nuestra vida los cambios positivos, seguir disfrutando de esas bendiciones 🙏 valorar a nuestra familia y seres queridos 💫🎁 y todo lo que tenemos en nuestras vidas, son mis verdaderas peticiones y deseos, porque en este largo viaje he aprendido a agradecer a sentir la energía de amar 💕 que me permite no solo amarme sino amar a los demás.

Mi ritual será algo sencillo lleno de luz, humildad y amor 💫 dónde los deseos serán más intangibles que tangibles 💫 de esos precisamente que se sienten y se tocan con el corazón ❤️.

Siento y manifiesto mis deseos 💫 pero no espero nada, sino que todo lo que llegue me sorprenda 💫🙏🕯️💕✨⭐.. que el espíritu de la navidad 💫 ilumine sus corazones... 🙏💫

For me these have been moments of enormous learning 🙏 growth and a wonderful transformation, because I have learned every day to value the intangible and invaluable blessings in my life, I have overcome situations together with my family, we have obtained achievements that are priceless 💕 thanks to our perseverance, effort and dedication 🥇.

Living the difficult moments have helped me to be conscious and learn to be, this day evokes not only desires that come from the heart ❤️ but memories, burdens and feelings that come to light to be cleaned and thus be able to heal, bring out what is hidden, hidden inside us will help us as I told you to recognize our strengths and weaknesses ⭐💫.

I believe that acting in a conscious way with respect and value for oneself and others, is the true feeling of the spirit of Christmas 💫 learning to live from being, is what inspires us to give without expecting to receive.

This Christmas like the past seven, I have stopped hiding my emotions, feelings, needs trying to fill with gifts, objects or things, because they definitely do not fill them, however connecting with myself, reading, writing, meditating, walking and listening to myself has allowed me to find myself and transform what limits me. ⭐💫

The spirit of Christmas is felt from the inside out, aligning our being invites us to prepare ourselves to really share with others 🎁, this year I have worked for a different spiritual approach, because I believe that we are not to waste time, we are once in a lifetime, this is our valuable and wonderful gift 🎁 💫 from the universe and that is confirmed to me by my physical losses of loved ones, 🥲 so it is not worth wasting a moment, a kiss, hug, a I love you.

Today is a day of positive energy, a special day, the longest night ✨ so let's shine with our own light 💫 let our essence out, let your emotions, feelings, needs, learnings flow, let's leave behind 🔙 everything that no longer has a place in our life.

Attract to our life the positive changes, keep enjoying those blessings 🙏 value our family and loved ones 💫🎁 and everything we have in our are my true requests and wishes, because in this long journey I have learned to thank to feel the energy of loving 💕 that allows me not only to love myself but to love others.

My ritual will be something simple full of light, humility and love 💫 where the wishes will be more intangible than tangible 💫 of those precisely that are felt and touched with the heart ❤️.
