Bienvenidos apreciados lectores aprovechando esta semana de vacaciones la escuela nos a dejado unas actividades para compartir con nuestros hijos en casa.

Entre estas nos invitan a reflexionar sobre el acoso escolar a traves de un corto de Disney Pixar Lou el cual trata este tema desde una perspectiva que invita a la reflexión: ¿qué lleva a un niño a ser un acosador? 😞

El acoso escolar o bullying se refiere al maltrato verbal, físico y psicológico entre estudiantes durante un tiempo prolongado en el aula y mucho más aya a través de las redes sociales. 😢

Cómo maestra me sumo a esta reflexión ya que debemos pensar en ambas partes para poder realmente solucionar la situación ya que muchas veces etiquetamos y apartamos a estos niños acosadores pero pocas veces nos preguntamos ¿que situaciones han conllevado a este niño a actuar de esa manera con sus compañeros? Porque como adultos y padres debemos recordar que una situación con lleva a otra.

As a teacher I join this reflection because we must think about both sides in order to really solve the situation because many times we label and put away these bullying children but we seldom ask ourselves what situations have led this child to act that way with his peers because as adults and parents we must remember that one situation leads to another.

Situaciones que muchas veces tienen que ver con maltrato o abuso infantil el cual proviene del hogar o entorno dónde se desenvuelve el niño.

Situations that often have to do with mistreatment or child abuse which comes from the home or environment where the child develops.

La escuela dónde estudia mi hija al igual que muchas escuelas se suma a una campaña escolar contra el bullying con el objetivo principal de educar a los estudiantes, familias, comunidad para sensibilizar, concientizar y evitar está situación en diferentes escenarios.

The school where my daughter studies like many schools joins a school campaign against bullying with the main objective of educating students, families, community to sensitize, raise awareness and prevent this situation in different scenarios.

La campaña lleva por nombre el bullying no es cosa de niños y nos enseña que está en nuestras manos cambiar está triste y alarmante realidad. 🤝😞🤝 aún cuando pensemos que nuestros hijos no son víctimas de acoso debemos estar ATENTOS y aprender a educar a nuestros hijos en valores que los enseñen a convivir de forma pacífica, inclusiva y respetuosa 🤝😊.

The campaign is called bullying is not a kid thing and teaches us that it is in our hands to change this sad and alarming reality. 🤝😞🤝 even when we think that our children are not victims of bullying we must be WARE and learn to educate our children in values that teach them to live together in a peaceful, inclusive and respectful way 🤝😊.

El tema del acoso escolar aunque se haya convertido en algo viral no es un tema para tomarlo a la ligera, la escuela a tomado la iniciativa para enfrentar la situación y lograr cambios.

The issue of bullying although it has become viral is not an issue to take lightly, the school has taken the initiative to address the situation and make changes.

La tecnología se hace parte de la educación y debemos utilizarla como herramienta eficaz para transmitir aprendizajes, me encanta que Disney Pixar este creando contenido relacionado con temas de interés en este caso de los padres y maestros innovadores que se apoyan precisamente en estos contenidos digitales los cuales nos permiten hacerle frente a un problema que afecta a niños, niñas y adolescentes sin distinción. 😊👌

Technology becomes part of education and we must use it as an effective tool to transmit learning, I love that Disney Pixar is creating content related to issues of interest in this case of parents and innovative teachers who rely precisely on these digital content which allow us to face a problem that affects children and adolescents without distinction. 😊👌

Mi rol de maestra me confirma que no es fácil hablar de acoso escolar con los niños no siempre es una tarea fácil por ello es necesario conocer muy bien del tema y presentarlo de una forma acertada a cada parte involucrada, en este caso para que todos aprendan que deben hacer al respecto ante está situación.

My role as a teacher confirms to me that it is not easy to talk about bullying with children it is not always an easy task that is why it is necessary to know the subject very well and present it in a correct way to each party involved, in this case so that everyone learns what to do about this situation.

Lou es el más reciente cortometraje de animación de Disney Pixar el cual aborda el tema del acoso escolar de manera inteligente, usando un monstruo que vive en el baúl de los objetos perdidos de la escuela, quién observa a diario el acoso de un niño hacía sus compañeros y quién decide hacer frente a la situación a través de una valiosa lección para el pequeño.

Lou is Disney Pixar's latest animated short film which addresses the issue of bullying in a clever way, using a monster who lives in the school's lost and found trunk, who observes a boy's daily bullying of his classmates and who decides to deal with the situation by teaching the little boy a valuable lesson.

Pero al adentrar en el corto no solo nos presenta el acoso escolar y sus víctimas si no que nos incita a reflexionar y pensar en cuáles son las vivencias negativas que llevan a un niño a abusar de otros, que sufrimientos y maltratos han originado esta conducta abusadora en un niño.🤔😔💔

Reflexión que nos permitirá acercarnos y entender porque la conducta y comportamiento del niño, evitando que siga acosando, sin tratar en ningún caso de justificar sus acciones sino educando con causa-consecuencia. 😢🤝❤️

Cómo mamá y maestra creo que la principal acción para evitar esta situación es educar en valores igualdad, amistad, amor, respeto, equidad, empatía, inclusión, solidaridad, esto nos ayudará a frenar el acoso si ya ha arrancado.

Es importante como padres observar, atender, escuchar y orientar a nuestros hijos, educar para que aprendan a expresar sus emociones pues sabemos que muchos de nuestros niños, niñas u adolescentes no saben cómo manejarlas y estás influyen en su adaptación e integración en diferentes espacios sociales, aprendamos a identificar ese vacío que nuestro niño o niña quiere llenar ❤️😞 aprendamos a identificar ese maltrato o abuso al cual se enfrenta "dediquemos un tiempo para escuchar" 😢❤️.

La intolerancia, frustraciones, la falta de empatía hacia los demás la intimidación y violencia dan paso al acoso y abuso para con uno mismo y para con otros, evitemos que nuestros hijos se conviertan en un acosado o acosador 😔
