A Reunion with Coffee
✨"There are times when you pass by a place several times, it catches your attention, you enter for a moment, you have a quick drink, but you are impressed by the place, the variety of services, the good customer service and of course, the good coffee, then you promise yourself mentally, to return with more time and enjoy a new coffee, because you know that you will not be disappointed and that happened with the Cecilia coffee shop. This week only one little elf came to see my coffee… But what a cute elf it is! Enjoying some Brazilian beans at home.
✨"I bought this coffee mainly for Espresso, because it is a bit darker roast, and also I have a bit of the India coffee remaining for filter.
The design is pretty simple and there is no lavel at all. Evgeny Minchev has decided to write by hand the most basic info. As you see there is only the Country and farm of origin, the roast profile, which doesnt bring much info at all and finally there is the roast date." @mdosev
Preparing this crillo coffee at home
✨"I confess that I like it strong, with sugar and very hot after brewing, in a porcelain cup. My grandparents used to drink it in small containers called güiros. These were made with the hard shell of the coconut, from which the mass is removed and the hard shell, which has a concave shape, is polished well with sandpaper and the result is a perfect vessel for drinking coffee. It can also be made with the fruit of the güira bush, which is round and hard." @juliom
Ubud Coffee, Pekalongan
✨"Ubud Coffee is part of the Teras Bali restaurant. Although the name tends to contain Balinese elements, there is no special design in the coffee shop. However, when asking a little to the barista, apparently the Balinese nuances or concepts are actually found on the inside of the restaurant. In addition to the design, the menus served are also Balinese concept." @titisnariyah
Coffee Maná apaneca is a corner with extraordinary flavor.
✨"Searching for coffee is an adventure, and it's the equivalent of searching for alcohol for a drunkard. That's how it is for us coffee lovers who are always in search of the golden drink. Wherever we go, we always do it, and of course, we always succeed, as in this case, in a place nestled in the mountains in a small village identified as Apaneca, we found this very humble corner. Excellent coffee at Don Pepe
✨"The coffee at Don Pepe is a masterpiece, I have never tasted in another place, a cold coffee as exquisite as the one they make here. The variety of the menu is very wide, there is no other place, at least that I know of, that has such a wide variety of offerings." @luisdey
Feeling of Drinking Coffee In The Garden
✨"Imagine you are in a garden filled with green plants and drinking a delicious cup of coffee.
Coffee, and a coffee shop. But first, let me talk about choices in life. Life is about choices. Choosing what we like and also taking risks from what we like.
Christmas Coffee Advent - Days 5-18
✨"I do love white chocolate. I know, it's not chocolate as much as it is straight-up sugar, but damn, it's tasty.
Not so much this coffee.
Give me a white chocolate bar with peanuts and I'm a happy man. Give me this coffee and I'm struggling to put it down." @wwwiebe
Cuban Coffe: From the Sierra Maestra to my kitchen
✨"Serrano coffee, like many others, is grown in the mountains of the Sierra Maestra. With its strong flavour and delicious aroma, this brand of coffee is highly appreciated in Cuba. So I wasted no time and immediately opened the case to prepare a "coladita"." @jordy0827
Warm the body with a cup of ginger coffee
✨"Usually I drink ginger milk or ginger honey. At first, I thought the coffee taste was strong with a fragrant ginger aroma. But after trying it, it turned out to be the opposite, the coffee was lighter, and the ginger taste was stronger. But this really maded body turn warm." @devyswan1
