There aren't any human visitors except for me here at Café en la Granja, but there are plenty of furry and feathered friends that like to visit me in southern Arizona. It was a bit chilly this morning, so a fire in the chimney sounded like a lovely idea. I wasn't the only one who thought so!

I didn't fancy anything fruity but they did have a good selection of smoothie bowls which sounded nice.
When the waiter brought it out, she plonked it down with very little ceremony and didn't bother taking away my empty chai cup. I'd read that the serving staff were lovely but she wasn't very friendly or smiley at all.

Wacaco minipresso NS2 Is a handy little gadget I got mine with the optional carry case.
Which holds the minipresso and a selection of Nespresso pods. Using the gadget couldn’t be simpler just remove the cup and unscrew the bottom to fit a coffee pod.

In search of the essence of coffee and pastries in the picturesque villages of Galicia. On my journey, I marvel at the cultural and culinary richness of this beautiful region of northwestern Spain, where tradition and quality are intertwined in every cup of coffee and every bite of sweetness.

When I entered I went to a table and sat down and made a visual tour of the whole place which was quite full. I went to the window and there was a lot of variety of sweets and Doughnuts, but what caught my attention was a Doughnut called Piza Dona, I had never seen a salty Doughnut. I ordered it with a coffee with milk, and I really don't regret it.

The first thing that catches you is how cosy and warm the place is, this is because the structure of the restaurant is that of a family house, which makes you feel that you are having coffee in the home of a friend or family member.

A normal day for me, always begins with a coffee, black, strong and with sugar, I do not leave my house without this daily dose that fills me with energy and good spirits, of course when I spend the day at home is when I drink more coffee, having it at my disposal and I have time to prepare it to my liking while I do my chores at home, that is part of my routine.

I much prefer to drink tea! I think the process of making a pot or pitcher of tea is sort of a meditative experience and there are so many ways to do it without ruining it completely.
