Welcome to our curation compilation of some amazing original coffee stories from community members around the globe. It's been an amazing week with joyous stories surrounding the history, pleasures, and fascination that we all have for our favourite beverage, coffee, that we have skimmed for throughout the week.

Coffee and Breakfast in Germany by @leaky20

Coffee and breakfast are a big part of any trip, any day really. Just for fun, here is a look at some of the breakfasts and coffee breaks that we had in Germany during our trip to Bavaria.

Baumkuchen & Coffee ☕️ Break by @dmilliz

The shop is called Baumen Brothers and I like how they bring personality into a business that could be seen as boring. On the wall outside by the parking, they have mural-ish illustrations of the owners and it is done in a very cool but simplistic style.

Rekindle "Malaya" in Cafe Malaya by @juecoree

The roaster crackles and pops in the back,

As baristas craft and conjure their brews,
The steaming liquid, dark as the night,
A cup of solace, a source of delight.

The Merchant ☕️: A small coffee shop in town by @misshugo

I wanted something cold, honestly, when ordering coffee I usually go for cold brew or iced coffee seeing as I don't like the mess and time it takes when making it at home. We both decided to go for a salted caramel iced coffee. Upon tasting it we realised they forgot to add the flavouring. At first, I wanted to ask for it to be added, but the plain iced coffee was a nice change from my usual order and I enjoyed it.

A Coffee Date With My Niece by @macchiata

My niece chose a cafe called Eazy. They have the best Creme Brule coffee. But this time, I ordered a roasted almond latte while Ray got his caramel macchiato and my mom with her favourite taro.

Coffee and “The Perfect Man” for Valentine’s Day by @fruityfruitz

“Love is blind” isn’t exactly what one expects to see at a coffee shop. But, in all fairness, for Valentine’s Day and other seasonal events, shops do what they can to attract customers. In celebration of the “month of love”, I guess a love phrase somehow relates.

Coffee at Thornbridge Hall: Mind the Ducks! by @ellenripley

It was mild enough to sit outside to drink our two lattes and a cappacino, made with soya milk. It wasn't a bad cup of coffee. The nice weather appeared to have enticed quite a few people out.

Mendrugo Cafe by @crisch23

A Cappuccino for me, is a simple decision, I like a traditional coffee with milk, hot and freshly brewed, a good taste, I just think that the way I ask for it depends on my mood, I just want to live the new opportunities that Carabobo state brings me.

I started drinking my coffee with sugar. What happened? by @mdosev

No, not that coffee… this may be the last espresso shot out of this coffee bag of Geisha coffee and I’m really enjoying it sugar free! The coffee that I was forced to drink with sugar was in my office… just see that!

Part of having a good coffee is cleaning the machine and its components. by @ricestrela

If we use the machine to remove coffee regularly, this may not be a big problem because the water circulates and is not stopped for a long time, it needs to be renewed.

But many times when the machine only makes coffee a few times a month, it is important to clean its entire circuit from the water tank to the area where it mixes with the already ground coffee.
