A few days ago, I was having a snack and drinking my delicious coffee. In one of my social networks I saw an ad for an intensive Barista and Smoothie course. My neurons exploded with so many ideas. My big dream is to have my own home coffee shop and I need to have the minimum of knowledge to prepare coffee, added to the experience as a coffee lover I know I will offer the best coffee in my small town. 2024 is my year
I will take the course and be ready when the time comes. That's the best coffee idea I could come up with, just as I was sipping my afternoon coffee.
It is an excellent idea it must be exciting to learn how to prepare coffee in a professional way and the coffee shop would be a very good venture with wifi I'm sure you will do very well.
It would be great to be able to make the decorations myself...and offer quality coffee. I'm really excited about this idea
You just have to visualize your ideas of how you want your coffee shop and it will come true, that idea was given to me by a coworker who dreamed of her own house, she took a picture of the house she wanted and put it as a screensaver every day she saw her dream, it didn't take long and it became a reality.
Hopefully, your dream will come true in 2024 π We will photos of you and your clients in your coffee shop, while your little girls learns the business πβ€οΈ

While I was waiting for the doctor to attend to my mom, I went to the hospital cafeteria, the exam was expensive and while the barista guy was preparing it, I was thinking about how to increase my income. I saw a yogurt in the refrigerator of the cafeteria and I thought of preparing and selling yogurt, the next day i went to the market i bought the ingredients the first one didn't turn out well ππππ so i tried again after several attempts i succeeded in generating extra income they don't make me a millionaire, but they help me and they are delicious i hope this year my venture will be successful.

Starting a new business is commendable. Many times a situation of need or a big expense, like the one you made with your mom, is the spark that starts the engine. Entrepreneurship tends to be successful when we put our minds to it. Hopefully it will continue to generate more and more income π

Many ideas come to mind while enjoying a coffee I have to improve many things I am sure this 2024 will be better.

Here, in every house we used to make yoghurt and nowadays there are a lot of people, maybe more than half of the Bulgarians who make their homemade yoghurt regularly. We have a special bacteria, at our lands, that makes the yoghurt specific and our country also ships a big tanks of this bacteria to Japan. They make with it their famous yoghurt, named Bulgaria (γγ«γ¬γͺγ’)!

Wow, the greatest piece of advice I got so far over coffee? I got that from my (late) mom. That's sure. I remember it was a fresh afternoon I'm my grandmother's house, whom we used to visit every Saturday. I was only six or seven, and she said something really feminist and, perhaps a little selfish, but it's worked for me--the adult me; the younger me was as stupid as you like to imagine, hehe--. She said I must never let any man or people in general make me do something that I don't feel right. She said that we women are most intuitive creatures, so we know stuff before we can organize into an explanation that would suit the small mind of someone who is a jerk. She said people who try to push me into something that is wrong don't love me or respect me, and so I don't owe them love or respect either. Period. My mother was my personal Mary Wollstonecraft.
I don't have photos of us having coffee, but I do keep talking with my sisters and the women I know about the things my mother used to say to us her girls.

Fortunately I have always had throughout my life, wise people who have not only given me the gift of their time, affection but also good advice, π I always say it and it is not precisely for a teacher, but I feel like a "pupil of life", every day is a learning for me, now since 2015 we have been surviving a very strong economic crisis, which increased for 2018 and still continues, that year there were changes in relation to my health and I was just beginning to enjoy small cups of coffee , β I think that not by chance sitting with a colleague having a small cup of coffee, she made me remember " That there is no need to be afraid of changes" and I remember that even with an unexpected health diagnosis, π I went ahead facing the changes that I still did not even imagine that they would come, π but I decided not to be afraid of changes π and here I am drinking one of my penultimate cup of coffee of this year 2023 β β¨οΈ under the warmth and shelter of my home with my loved ones, πenjoying every moment that the universe gives me. .. Because every breath becomes a gift π of this beautiful life. May a warm cup of coffee βπ«π« accompany every moment of this end of the year and new year.

Every day of every year brings us new changes and experiences, as you say we should not fear and enjoy every moment in this life that is a sigh.

Coffee is really something that takes a big part of my free time and I have invested a lot of time to learn more about it lately. I cannot remember something particular that boosted my knowledge or gave me a type of insight. It is more like a gradual process, which reveals the modern trends and coffee preparation techniques to me.
But if I have to choose one particular moment that changed my coffee-self, it was maybe 8-9 years ago. Then I saw a famous Bulgarian chef on the tv and he prepared a coffee on this particular show. He was bringing with him his manual coffee grinder, his Hario Syphon(which I also bought some time later) and some special coffee beans. He said βtry to find a better coffee, try to find some more expensive, specialty coffee! It really matters a lot.β And from this moment on, I started enjoying and seeking better and tastier coffee!
This is important. Prepare coffee of different varieties and try those delicious new flavors. I congratulate you for this initiative to learn about the quality of coffee.
