Wah Gwaan, Coffee Lovers?
"Mi wuda love fi hear from unnu!" 🇯🇲😁☕️
You're all invited to participate in Day 4 of this 7-day "Brew Awakening" commenting micro-challenge.
All you have to do is leave a comment below answering the question for the day.
Your participation (if your response is impressive) makes you eligible to win a little hive but, most importantly, to be involved in the community and enhance your daily coffee ritual with mindfulness.
Each day comes with a theme question and some instructions.
Thursday: "Shadow Brew/Blindfold"
Instructions:
- Dim your lights or blindfold your eyes.
- Brew your coffee by "feel" (no measuring spoon, timers, or even a scale)
- Taste the coffee in the shadow, dark, or blindfolded.
- Share the wild result and what surprised you the most.
- Tag an author and invite them to participate. (optional)
- Post within the countdown timer of this post.
⚠️ Note carefully: a photo is optional, but you could get a bonus point if you add one of the coffee and perhaps the mess you might have made while making it.
Ok, it was really simple, huh?
Now, keep an eye out for tomorrow's challenge, but in the meantime, you could check out "The Coffee Shop Prompt" to see if you have anything relevant to share on this week's topic.
Enjoy!

Hi!
I did the suggested exercise and was struck by how the aroma of coffee, enjoyed with my eyes closed and the lights off, made me imagine drinking it with the person I love...
I invite @curamax to join us in this initiative!
To prepare my coffee in the dark, I had to calculate the amount of water and use my fingers to measure out the approximate amount of coffee for one cup. I took it to the stove. The aroma of that coffee was different. When I poured it, the steamy smell was indescribable. It was so strong that it shook my whole being. It was so delicious that I said to myself: Sometimes you have to let go of control in order to be in control. I invite @luzvicente
My coffee was darker than usual, so today I have more energy, like combining it with banana.
