How are you all?

I just finished my 18-hour fast today, and it's time to feast. For breakfast, I prepared a heavy meal because I have a lot to do today. My laundry is all piled up after we got back from our out-of-town trip last weekend.

I'm now on 72% of those 300 hours of fasting for 28 days. The challenge is almost halfway through, and I'm ahead of my daily goal. Joining challenges like this is fun, as it keeps you on track with your fasting goal.
