Happy Friday to all my friends readers, we are starting the weekend, hoping it will be of much benefit and blessings, this morning I want to share with you all my experience regarding the celebration of the May Cross, in the institution where I work as part of the culture and tradition of my land.

How nice and pleasant it is to be able to transmit our cultures either in the gastronomic field, dances and music typical of our region that is to say that it includes each of the native elements native to our town, which represents us and differentiate us from others and the most important thing is to be able to transmit our culture from generation to generation.

On Wednesday, May 31, the celebration of the May Cross was scheduled, as it is customary and traditional to celebrate these celebrations in our state of Sucre, in honor of the favors granted by the saint Madero to farmers and peasants for the crops.

That morning we started the cultural activity, with the dance of the Holy Cross, by the godparents who are made up of children, teachers and workers after the rise of the cross to the altar and as the song says "echar carato para afuera" a group of teachers, were responsible for serving this delicious tropical drink to all present. To give continuity to the activity, the students sang "golpe de galerón", "fulía", "punto del navegante", and then the "joropo" was played as a sample of our abusive and folklore of my land.

Thanks for joining me here and see you another time.
Thank you for reading me and your valuable support.
