The Fallen Angel - Traditional Illustration
HOLA DE NUEVO, TRONCOS!
Para esta ocasión quise hacer algo diferente.
Normalmente comparto con ustedes ilustraciones realizadas en mi pc de
manera digital en el programa Paint Tool Sai, en donde realizó todo el
proceso, partiendo desde el boceto rústico hasta el resultado final.
No pienso dejar de hacerlo ya que amo
ilustrar digitalmente, pero considero importante mantener variedad en el
contenido de mi perfil, por lo que decidí empezar a compartir con ustedes
también las ilustraciones a lápiz que suelo hacer de vez en cuando, y que
no comparto por acá.
Fue con esta idea, que nació "El Ángel
Caído". Busque varias referencias de ángeles en internet y Pinterest,
inspirándome en poses de modelos y pinturas renacentistas para ilustrarlo
de la mejor manera posible.
Me gustó muchísimo el resultado final y
espero poder leer sus comentarios. Recuerden tomar mucha agua.
HELLO AGAIN, TRUNKS!
For this occasion I wanted to do something different. I usually share with you illustrations made on my pc digitally in the Paint Tool Sai program, where I made the whole process, starting from the rough sketch to the final result.
I don't plan to stop doing it since I love to illustrate digitally, but I consider important to keep variety in the content of my profile, so I decided to start sharing with you also the pencil illustrations that I usually do from time to time, and that I don't share here.
It was with this idea that "The Fallen Angel was born". I looked for several references of angels on the internet and pinterest, inspired by model poses and renaissance paintings to illustrate it in the best possible way.
I really liked the final result and I look forward to reading your comments. Remember to drink lots of water.
Step by Step:
Lo primero que hice fue dibujar un boceto
del personaje, para luego empezar a marcar de manera precisa la pose en
la que quería estuviera el protagonista. Posterior a ello empecé a definir
los demás detalles de la ilustración.
The first thing I did was to draw a sketch of the character, and then I began to mark precisely the pose in which I wanted the protagonist to be. After that I started to define the other details of the illustration.
Llegado a este punto, decidí centrarme en
sus alas, agregando la máxima cantidad de detalles que sentí necesarios.
Luego de esto, dibujé el cabello y definí los objetos que acompañaban a
nuestro protagonista en la ilustración como también su fondo. Luego, me
centré en la sombra y en pulir detalles.
At this point, I decided to focus on his wings, adding as many details as I felt necessary. After this, I drew the hair and defined the objects that accompanied our protagonist in the illustration as well as his background. Then, I focused on the shadow and polishing details.
