Many images can be interpreted and, above all, edited in different ways. Depending on the environment, the sky and the object in the picture, the results can be quite colourful. I remember the phases when HDR edits were extremely popular. 3-5 pictures with different contrast and exposure levels, packed together in Photoshop - ghost effect fixed and ready was a "work of art". For architectural photos and night scenes, I usually found HDR very vivid. With landscapes and people, not so much. Mostly, landscapes in the sky resulted in fragments and extreme discolourations. On Instagram in 2013/2014, every picture looked like this. I'm pretty sure I used to be one of them.


📸Soft, Dark Blue Edit 📸

Depending on the style, you create different scenarios or emotions. In this picture, the water should appear cold and deeper than it actually is. The reflection of the boat in the water was secondary for me here, and the boat itself should become the focus of the picture. Together with the ropes on the right side, the picture tends to look dark and slightly depressing. The back part of the island is also quite dark, only the outlines of the island and trees are visible.


📸Sunset Edit📸

Sunsets and sunrises are actually popular with everyone. The image appears warm . inviting - usually also friendly. With the boat, it was important to me NOT to edit it cleanly, but to keep the original state. This makes the image look warm, but also realistic to me. I like the contrast of warmth and "dirt/wear" in this edit. Note that the back part of the island now also reveals parts of the island's details.

📸Super-High-Key Edit📸

High-key style is about the fact that everything in a picture should usually be illuminated. In other words, you can look at every part or aspect of the picture. Super-High-Key overexposes some areas of the image to bring focus to an object in a similar way to dark areas. In this image it is the boat and the associated reflection.

Viele Bilder lassen sich auf verschiedene Arten interpretieren und vor allem editieren. Je nach Umgebung, Himmel und Objekt im Bild kommen dabei teilweise recht farbenfrohe Ergebnisse bei raus. Ich erinner mich an die Phasen wo HDR-Edits extrem beliebt waren. 3-5 Bildern mit unterschiedlichen Kontrast und Belichtungsstufen, in Photoshop zusammen gepackt - Ghost-Effekt behoben und fertig war ein "Kunstwerk". Bei Architekturfotos und Nachtszenen fand ich HDR meist sehr anschaulich. Bei Landschaften und bei Personen eher weniger. Meist haben sich bei Landschaften im Himmel dann Fragmente ergeben und extreme Verfärbungen. Auf Instagram 2013/2014 sah gefühlt jedes Bild so aus. Bin mir rech sicher ich war auch mal einer von denen.


📸Soft, dunkel blauer Edit 📸

Je nach Stil erschafft man verschiedene Szenarien oder auch Emotionen. Bei diesem Bild sollte das Wasser kalt wirken und tiefer als es eigentlich ist. Die Spiegelung des Boots im Wasser war für mich hier zweitrangig, und das Boot selbst sollte in den Fokus des Bildes rücken. Zusammen mit den Seilen an der rechten Seite wirkt das Bild tendenziell er dunkel und leicht deprimierend. So ist der hintere Teil der Insel ebenfalls recht dunkel gehalten, man erkennt nur die Umrisse der Insel und Bäume.


📸Sunset Edit📸

Sonnenuntergänge bzw. Aufgänge sind eigentlich bei jedem beliebt. Das Bild wirkt warm . einladend - meist auch freundlich. Beim Boot war es mir wichtig, dieses NICHT sauber zu editieren, sondern den Ursprungszustand beizubehalten. Dadurch wirkt das Bild zwar warm, für mich aber auch realistisch. Ich mag den Kontrast von Wärme und "Schmutz/Abnutzung" in diesem Edit. Man beachte, dass der hintere Teil der Insel nun auch Teile der Details der Insel freigibt.

📸Super-High-Key Edit📸

Beim High-Key-Stil geht es darum, dass in einem Bild i.d.R. alles im Bild ausgeleuchtet sein soll. Also man jeden Teil oder Aspekts des Bildes betrachten kann. Super-High-Key überbelichtet einige Bereiche des Bildes um ähnlich wie bei dunklen Bereichen den Fokus auf ein Objekt zu bringen. Bei diesem Bild handelt es sich dabei um das Boot und die damit verbundene Spiegelung.

Seems like I have a lot to learn :D Those are basically the tags I use like for ever haha :D But I should dive more into this! Thank you again my friend for teaching me!
