Yes - I lacked motivation for sports or counting calories. I tried actifit, which worked for some time, but also lacked the motivation. Then I thought I needed a commitment. So I started to give HSBI away under my Actifit-Post, since then I am posting every Day 😄 And I have to reflect on my food, my sport etc.. That really helped me to stay focused.
