BoogeyMan Suppresses Speed
If you have been playing Splinterlands for a while then you already know speed kills. There are monsters to prevent this from happening. In the Death Splinter, this monster is the BoogeyMan. When the BoogeyMan comes for you, the fear slows you and your monsters down.
I could be wrong but I think the BoogeyMan might be the only monster in the Death Splinter with this ability. Do not let the speed of 1 fool you this is an awesome monster that really brings the fight. Can't wait to level this one up to see what it can really do but for now, until I finish my ListNerds deal I will have to move slow when it comes to acquiring cards although at 830 Dec purchased from Card Auctions so there was a 24 DEC rebate. The card and DEC were delivered instantly.
Thorns Also Kill
Cursed Windeku is a nasty monster. Melee attack of 2 and thorns in retaliation to any melee attack from any monster. I have seen the Cursed Windeku take out monsters that appear more powerful. If you see a monster with thorns get it because against melee attacks it is like your monster striking twice. Thorns on level 1 can -2 a monster's shield.
Full Circle Speed Kills
Spineback Wolf with 6 speed makes up for 1 melee attack. Having reach-ability makes this monster that much better. With Cursed Windeku in 1st position and Spineback Wolf in 2nd position is a deadly combination. Now we will add BoogeyMan to slow down the opposing team giving my side a greater chance of striking first. Sometimes a battle comes down to the first strike team being victorious. The last card I added to the lineup in last was Venari Bonesmith with his life leach ability.
