Winter Walks

Despite the cold conditions and my lack of running, I try and get outside as much as possible and normally that involves walking. I like to walk. It is something I always used to enjoy doing mainly whilst taking photos but since post covid my walks mainly now involve Pokemon go and Geocaching.

It is always great to get outdoors 10k steps is supposedly very good for one's health and I normally always hit that goal sometimes climbing to the higher 20k and even 30k mark on weekends.

It is good for you to walk even if you are not in the habit of running.

I also like to walk a lot, I share that feeling with you hahaha.
