The Big Weekend Walk Adventure
The weather this weekend has been excellent it has been very warm and no rain since Friday night so A very good weekend to do something.
We took A trip toward the coast and the nearby villages to go for A big walk that involved woodlands, fields, a village, and along the sand by the sea.
We arrived at Wells next-The-Sea by car and parked by the village. what makes this beach unique compared to others is that from the small town and village, there is A mile walk before you actually get to the beach and so bringing A bottle of water was very important and luckily there is A Cafe by the beach too.
The walk was going great there were many people about and I hydrated myself a lot during the walk. This is the long path from the town to the sea and on the right is the harbor for the boats.
On the left of the path past the cafe, there are some holiday huts for guests and A small lake.
Arrived at the woodlands and crossed this very cool small bridge it was very bouncy when crossing and it looked great.
Walking around the woods is A very popular bit of woodlands as its right next to the beach and the paths are very wide it seems the woodlands are actually maintained with workers regularly cutting grass clearing branches and just keeping the place looking beautiful.
I wrap up the post with A photo of me climbing and walking along A fallen tree, I was nervous it wasn't super high but my balance is just awful and it was fun to walk along.
