Getting Green
Last year I had A little go at growing herbs as I have never grown anything before and with some encouragement from work and A possible way to save a little bit of cash, I gave it a go and successfully grew mint, Basil, and parsley.
It wasn't the best quality as I made the mistake of using just seeding compost throughout its growth and harvest so I guess you could say it didn't quite get all the nutrients but this time around it has been much better.
This year in fact just last week I potted my Basil I was pretty late doing it but got it planted in the end. This time alongside using my seeding compost I have also got some multipurpose compost so when the seeds begin to grow I can move them over into the different compost. Hopefully, this time it will be better.
I have stocked up on lots of food storage containers, pasta, noodles, rice, and sauces so I am this time prepped for when I eventually harvest as last year I harvested without having food ideas and plans.
thanks for reading.
