A late evening walk

A walk through the quiet streets of town, quiet because at the time of this photo it was Christmas Eve.

I always enjoy walking it is something I do often, especially in the summer when I travel to big woodlands, lakes and the coast.

During my Christmas eve walk the main purpose was to get home from another place it was a 7km journey and as I was in no rush to get home I decided instead of using hire bicycles or transport why not save the couple of pounds and walk the entire journey and I did just that. Not only did I get to see all the Christmas lights in town for possibly the last time I also got to see them without any crowds or people around it almost felt as if we was in a covid lockdown it was that quiet.
