Кривий Ріг. Перший ставок

Якось років п’ять тому довелося побувати в Кривому Розі. Тоді місто не дуже сподобалось, занадто індустріалізоване і не дуже чисте. Тепер це місто асоціюється з шаленим опором російському агресору, воно значно потерпає від ворожих обстрілів, але міцно стоїть не дивлячись ні нащо.

About five years ago, I happened to visit Kryvyi Rih. Then I didn't like the city very much, it was too industrialized and not very clean. Now this city is associated with fierce resistance to the Russian aggressor, it suffers a lot from enemy shelling, but stands strong no matter what.

А до повномасштабки, під час відрядження Кривий Ріг зустрів нас мирними ставками.

У центрі міста вздовж Нікопольського шосе розташовані один за одним три водойми. Називаються вони не дуже вигадливо - Перший, Другий і Третій ставки. Як вони утворилися мені не відомо, можливо, ці водойми мають відношення до промислової діяльності, якої у місті вистачає.

In the center of the city, along the Nikopol highway, there are three reservoirs one after the other. They are called not very fancifully - First, Second and Third stakes. I do not know how they were formed, perhaps these reservoirs are related to industrial activity, which the city has enough of.

Проте ставки виглядають як звичайні водойми, дуже облагороджені. Напевно влітку на берегах цих ставків відпочивають люди, можливо, купаються. Пейзаж навколо ставків відповідає місту, природно переважає індустріальний вигляд.

However, the ponds look like ordinary bodies of water, very refined. Probably, people rest on the shores of these ponds in the summer, maybe swim. The landscape around the ponds corresponds to the city, naturally the industrial look prevails.
