Men, it sure can. But I still don't understand how most of all this tokens can be gained or earned. Like the CTP or LIST do they have a community where you can do things to earn these tokens.

I'm relatively new around here so I'm sorry if my question maybe a little ignorant

You nailed it. Some tokens have other ways of earning but most all have a community that brings disscussion around a shared topic. You can do those topics just through their community tag (eg #sports) or through their dedicated sites (https://www.sportstalksocial.com) and earn rewards. Some tribes reward their own site more than one that just uses a tag but its really tribe specific.
