Hive open mic week 152// Song cover of EVERYBODY TESTIFY on traditional music
Finally here is week 152, greetings to you all, I'm so glad to be here in this weeks concert and I hope to see more awesome entries, hive open mic is just amazing bringing out the music in us, its a community that makes me more enlightened when I see others post, and I have learnt so much here hoping to learn more as the day passes by.
TRADITIONAL MUSIC is actually a cool theme, and from my point of view, it really should be a part of us that once in a while we visit the traditional way of music cause it connects us back to our culture and native environment.
For this weeks concert, with respect to the theme, I decided to sing a traditional song by Jerry Omole, its actually an Igbo song, Igbo here is one of Nigeria's major tribes and fortunately I'm an Igbo citizen of Nigeria, lolz but anyways the song says;.
