Airfried Eggs in Capsicum

Hey Hey hey! How's your Saturday so far Hivers?
Time check and it's already 1.30pm in the afternoon. Dang, I havent move my ass just yet to do my usual treadmill routine.I guess I'll have to blame the weather as it's a bit gloomy down here today, and it's now drizzling. I've already changed into my exercise clothes, but procrastination is a real thing. LOL.

So, I want to share a simple recipe called air fried eggs with capsicum. I uploaded my Seafood Fried Broccoli five days ago, and there was enough left over that I warmed it the next morning. I normally cook more so that I can save some for the next day or days, as I'm not much of a cook. HA HA HA!!
So, after reheating it, I found it to be dull, so I opened my fridge and decided to prepare something to spice it up. As a result, air fried eggs in capsicum happened! It was a perfect match for my fried seafood brocolli. Oh and its a low carb brekkie too! 😊
Yummy, yummy, yummy

Ingredients

• capsicum
• eggs
• cheddar cheese

Procedure

1. Cut the capsicum into halves
2. Take off the seeds and wash
3. Crack one egg in each half
4. Top with cheddar cheese
5. Put in the airfryer
6. Set the airfryer to 8 minutes
7. Put in a plate. Serve and Enjoy!
