Vegetable Pasta in Dinner, its Vegan!

I myself called foodie but my 13 years old son in more foodie than me. He loves to have fast food whenever get chance. Good thing is that he demand for fast food and I prepare, then we all enjoy that. We avoid restaurant bought fast food.
Last time I prepared PIZZA and now there was a demand of PASTA. Yesterday, when I was shopping some grocery, then saw Pasta Masala and the idea of preparing Pasta in Dinner came to my mind. I bought macaroni, pasta masala and some vegetables.


This is homemade Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients required

It is very easy to prepare and need only few ingredients like
For 3 serving

  • Macaroni 3 cups
  • Pasta Masala and Pasta sauce
  • Vegetables like cabbage, green peas, onion and whatever you like or available with you.
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Procedure

  • Add enough water in macaroni and boil on low flame. Add 1 tbsp oil and keep aside.
  • Wash and cut all vegetables, add oil in a heavy bottom pan and heat on medium to high flame.
  • Sauté all vegetables for couple of minute on high flame.

  • Add boiled macaroni and mix well.
  • Now add pasta masala and mix all well for couple of minute.

Your vegetable macaroni/pasta is ready to serve.
Serve Hot!
