年底天气冷冷,工作忙碌,但又想喝些营养丰富的热汤。
周末巴刹里很多新鲜蔬果,昨天经过也买了一些蔬果回家煲汤。
用慢炖锅慢火煲汤,方便又简单,工作忙碌也能办得到。
今天让我和你们分享美味的家常蔬食,三菇老黄瓜汤。

Hello everybody, How are you recently?
Recently the weather is cooling, I used to boil soup for my family. There are many of Chinese traditional soup which is good for health. Today, let me share with you a delicious home-cooked vegetarian soup, 3 MUSHROOMS BOILED OLD CUCUMBER SOUP.
The mixture the old cucumber and mushrooms with addition of red dates, groundnuts, ginger, wolfberries and corianders creates a naturally sweet taste for the soup. Old cucumber soup is one of healthy soup which soothing and nourishing, helps to cool the body and aids in detoxification.

The ingredients for 3 Mushrooms Boiled Old Cucumber Soup such as old cucumbers, Shiitake mushrooms, Enoki mushrooms, King Oyster mushrooms, groundnuts, red dates, wolfberries, ginger and coriander. The condiments are mushroom powder, five-spice powder, salt and pepper. First, rinse old cucumber, King Oyster Mushroom, Enoki Mushroom, Shiitake Mushrooms, corianders then cut into small pieces. Then rinse the red dates, groundnuts, and wolfberries to get ready to boil soup.

来看看,三菇老黄瓜汤材料有: 老黄瓜,香菇,金针菇,杏鲍菇,红枣,枸杞子,花生,和芫荽。调味品有: 香菇粉,五香粉,盐和胡椒粉。首先,清洗一下老黄瓜,香菇,杏鲍菇,金针菇,老姜和芫荽。然后切成小片。还有清洗一下红枣,花生,枸杞子,就可以开始煲汤了

Using the slow cooker. Pour in 1.8L water and switch on the slow cooker power, then put in old cucumber, Shiitake mushrooms, King Oyster mushrooms, red dates, gingers and groundnuts for boiling two hour.

用慢炖锅开始煲汤。倒入1.8公升的水,开电源,然后放入切好的老黄瓜,香菇,杏鲍菇,红枣,老姜和花生煲两小时。

Then open the slow cooker cover to put in Enoki mushrooms, and a little of mushroom powder, five-spice powder, salt and pepper, and continue boiling for one hour. At last, put the wolfberries in, then turn off the power, and keep warm.

之后再放入金针菇,和少许香菇粉,五香粉,盐和胡椒粉再让它煲一个小时。最后放入枸杞子,就可以关电源。让它保温。

After serving, add some corianders to embellish this soup. It is really matching to eat with plain rice too. Hope you guys can try it up! It is definitely a healthy and delicious vegetarian soup.
