Lesson from Bible Exposition on 27th Sept, 2021. Via zoom

Below are few of the things I learnt at the Bible exposition of today.

Youth are supposed to be more vibrant in the things of the Lord because that is when they have more strength to do it.

Ecclesiastes 12:1
Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them;

While we are at the work of God, we are expected to be vigilant

1Peter 5:8
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil is a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour

We are also encouraged to watch and pray that we enter not into temptation

Matthew 26:41
Watch and pray that ye enter not into temptation; the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

Also we should let our living be in accordance of the gospel of Christ.

Philippians 1:27
Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together of the faith of the gospel.

God wants us to come unto Him willingly. He's not forcing anyone but there's a great gain for whoever come unto Him

Isaiah 1:19
If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:

The unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God

1Corinthians 6:9-10
:9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind
: 10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

I pray for more understanding of God's words in our hearts.
