The only one we should worship is God. Kneeling and bowing to pray to idols are prohibited.
We are not supposed to worship a creature but the creator who is God.

Romans 1:25
Who changed the truth of God into a lie and worshipped and served the creature more than the creator, who is blessed for ever.
For example, we shouldn't worship Mary but one who Mary worshipped.

Not knowing God make someone to worship a non true gods

Galatians 4:8
Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods.

It is not a sin to eat any type of food or fruits but when they are offered to idols, it is forbidden to eat them again.

Acts 15:29
That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood and from things strangled and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselfs, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.

It is prohibited to eat blood. There is power in blood. There is life in blood.
Jesus offered His blood to cleansed our sin.

God bless us as we obey His words in Jesus name.
