This band is very interesting for me to see a little bit closer in my music content this time with you, because of what? Yes, it could be said that the Kangen band has previously caused pros and cons in the world of Indonesian music. The name of the band means that they want to be a music band that always be missed. Existing since 2005, Kangen Band is now approximately 18 years old working in the country's music scene.

Those of us who grew up in the early 2000s must have known that this band was hit by criticism from the public who still prioritized the physical appearance of public figures over their work. Their appearance attracted a lot of attention, there were those who supported their existence as a lower class person who was talented in music, there were also those who did not appreciate their arrival because their appearance seemed "plebeians". They considered that apart from their appearance, they considered the music to sound whiny for a male band, making this band underestimated by most music lovers and compared it with other Indonesian bands.

Kangen Band is a band from Lampung with the Malay pop genre. A little history about the past lives of the Kangen Band members, yes, they lived hard lives and had to work to earn money to make ends meet. Andika, the vocalist, used to sell "cendol" and often hung out in front of hospitals in Lampung. Dodhy, the guitarist and hit maker of Kangen Band, previously worked as a construction worker. Bebe (bassist) was selling uduk rice, Tama (guitarist) was selling flip-flops. Meanwhile, Izzy (keyboardist) is the only member who still gets money from his parents.

Their enthusiasm for honing their musical skills and fighting to achieve success and a better life is truly inspiring and we really need to emulate it! I've always liked Kangen Band and my younger cousin is also their fan. Even though many people insulted them, we still liked and appreciated their music. While they are now successful and receiving a lot of praise and likes, we already like their music :)

Once again, don't underestimate this band because they have succeeded in producing hit songs that most people know by heart but are still proud to sing out loud. Yes, that's right, I think that's so true. people who didn't admit to Kangen Band before, actually liked and enjoyed their songs, maybe even memorized the songs. It's just that they are proud to admit it because they think Kangen Band's songs are plebeian songs. Among them are songs entitled "Tentang Aku, Kau, dan Dia", "Selingkuh", "Penantian yang Tertunda", "Yolanda", "Doy", "Bintang 14 Hari", "Terbang Bersamaku","Pujaan Hati", and many more.

Like the title in my content above, before they were insulted, now they are inspired. Previously they were bullied, now they are admired. Now with a neater and more mature hairstyle, a more elegant fashion style, Kangen Band has succeeded in changing the way people view their appearance and attracting many fans. Their latest appearance also made the public give the Kangen Band personnel, especially the vocalist, the nickname "Babang Tamvan", means "the handsome guy".

There are several new songs from Kangen Band who have returned to their original formation and are actively working on new songs. Most of his songs reach millions of listeners on YouTube. They consistently make songs in the Malay pop style, except for the vocalist whose pop nuances and more controlled voice in each note feel more dominant.

This song is my favorite song from Kangen Band, "Terbang Bersamaku" means Fly with Me, the rhythm is not slow but rather makes us excited with its beautiful lyrics and several words that use metaphors. The tune is also good and very easy to remember and sing.
