The New Chicken Nuggets From Jollibee

This morning while we are about to end out night shift duty, we decided to have a breakfast at Jollibee because we have seen a lot of posts of their new Chicken Nuggets and we will see if it is worth the hype. We are Filipino and of course we will try everything that Jollibee offers. LOL.

Jollibee is the largest fast food chain in the Philippines. Everyone loves Jollibee here in the Philippines, whether you are a kid, an adult or an elderly. Jollibee has been the choice in most of the Filipinos.

The Chicken Nuggets is their own version of McDonald's Chicken McNuggets. We have tried McDonald's Chicken McNuggets many times and we will compare if who is the winner for US. They have 3 sauces, the BBQ dip, the Sriracha Mayo, and the Ranch. We ordered 10 pieces Chicken Nuggets for 175.00 pesos or roughly $3.10 which comes with 2 sauces. We have tried the BBQ dip and the Sriracha Mayo so we do not have an idea what Ranch sauce tastes like. Maybe we will try it next time.

For us, the Jollibee Chicken Nuggets tastes better than the McDonalds Chicken McNuggets. They are crispy and golden brown on the outside, and taste real chicken on the inside. The McDonalds Chicken Mcnuggets are dry and I think overcooked or overly processed. But for the sauce, the BBQ tastes better in McDonalds. The Sriracha Mayo tastes good, the spiciness of the Sriracha overpowers the flavor of the Mayo which I like because I love spicy food. Overall, We think that Jollibee wins between the battle of Chicken Nuggets.

We also ordered their 1-piece Chicken Joy each. Sadly, there is no spicy at that time because it is still 9:00 AM and their spicy chicken is available only from 10:00 onwards. We also added the sweet Filipino spaghetti, a French fries and Buko Pandan Sundae, this is also our first time eating Buko Pandan Sundae and for me, it not that much special.
