LIVE WORSHIP SERVICE HELD ON 3/6/2022

Thanks be to God almighty may the peace of our Lord Jesus abide with us all Amen.

Indeed it was a great moment in the presence of God and also another opportunity to listen and to learn about how we can live our lives and those formed in the image of God and his likeness, the way we live and how we interact with others shows who’s image we really are whether the devil or God so we should behave like God because we made us in his image and likeness, we must obey his commandments and follow the steps that Christ took so we can be able to please God, we should not behave like the world but like Christ.

Genesis 1:31 here I learned and understood that when God created earth which is the garden and he saw it was good and he said let us make man in our own image and likeness, it says, and God saw everything he had made and behold it was good and evening and morning were the sixth day. So he made man and put man in the garden and commanded man not to eat a particular fruit but can eat the rest, out of disobedient and ignorance man did not observe the commandment given by God and that’s how man were cursed.

Genesis 1:26 here the God said let us make man in our image and likeness and let them have dominion over the fishes of the sea and over the fowls of the air and over the cattle and over the earth and over every creeping things that creepeth upon the earth. He gave me power over all that he created, he made man have dominion over the earth and not animals but human and that’s because he made us in his image and likeness so we must live a holy life just like Christ as we imitate him all his ways.

1st Corinthians 11:1 here Paul is telling his disciples to be his followers even as he is a follower of Christ so we should be like him, what we need to to do is to be a followers of Christ, if we can follow Christ and obey his commandments we have fulfilled the doctrine, what we must do to become a good follower we must listen and focus on who we are following,
We must obey his words and follow the examples laid, these are how we can become good follower of Christ.

Romans 12:2 here the says, and be not conformed to the world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind that ye May prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. We should not be conformed to the world but we should be transformed by the renewing of the mind, we renew our mind by reading the word of God and understanding them and also putting them into practice, may God always help us to renew our minds with his words
