Hello to all my friends who love the culinary arts! Today I want to share with you a recipe to enjoy with your family this weekend, this is a refreshing and nutritious guava and coconut ice cream. Thinking of all those who for health reasons cannot consume sugar, this recipe consists of sweetening ice creams simply with a fruit, I selected a loquat that has a delicious flavor and helps sweeten desserts.

Hoy quiero compartir con usted una receta para disfrutar en familia este fin de semana, se trata de unos refrescantes y nutritivos helados de guayaba y coco. Pensando en todos aquellos que por cuestiones de salud no pueden consumir azúcar, esta receta consiste en endulzar los helados simplemente con una fruta, yo seleccioné un níspero que tiene un delicioso sabor y ayuda a endulzar los postres.

Ingredients:

100 gr coconut dough
1 Nispero
500 ml of drinking water
2 tablespoons soy milk (optional)

Ingredientes:
100 gr de masa de coco
1 Nispero
500 ml de agua potable
2 cucharadas de leche de soya (opcional)

Preparation:

-We take the coconut pulp and put it in the blender.

-Incorporamos la leche de soya, yo he preparado esta receta sin este ingrediente y quedan los helados igualmente deliciosos, la leche de soya es para que el helado quede más cremoso. Licuamos por 3 minutos.

-Add the loquat, peeled, seeded and cut into pieces. This delicious fruit will give the sweet touch to our ice cream. If you wish, and it is allowed in your diet, you can add some sweetener. Blend for another 3 minutes

-Vamos a agregar el níspero pelado, sin semillas y cortado en trozos. Esta deliciosa fruta le dará el toque dulce a nuestros helados. Si lo desea, y esta permitido en su dieta puede agregar algún edulcorante. Licuamos otros 3 minutos.

I just want to say that I can't prepare them on my own. 😅 I don't create ice cream, and I also don't recognize some of the ingredients. 🤯

Anyway, if I know somebody who prepares that kind of ice cream (or any type of delicious and nutritious food) using only organic ingredients and with high sanitary standards, I would buy them frequently! 😅
