Delicious salad for an energetic Monday | Recipe🥗

Greetings to all lovers of good food! Today I want to start the week with a delicious 100% vegan recipe. Nothing like a delicious and nutritious salad to fill us with energy.

This recipe yields 3 servings. For its preparation we need:

100 grams of beans
1/2 white head onion
1/2 red head onion
1 sweet bell pepper
1 clove of garlic
4 sprigs of chives
100 grams of white cabbage
100 grams of carrots
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Sesame

Preparation:

🥗 We remove the peels and seeds from the vegetables. Wash well and cut into small pieces.

🥗 With the help of a peeler knife, we are going to slice the carrot.

🥗 In a small frying pan, put the oil and add the beans and the carrot. Leave over low heat so that they are soft.

🥗 When the carrot is browned, we will incorporate the other ingredients and stir with a spoon, sauté all the vegetables and remove from heat.

The aroma and the beautiful colors that can be enjoyed when sautéing the salad vegetables are a marvel.

🥗 Place in a salad bowl and add sesame seeds to taste.

We can accompany this delicious salad with bread, at home my mom made some vegan peasant bread dumplings and they were the perfect accompaniment.

Mmmmm se ve deliciosa esa ensalada y me gustó mucho lo colorida que se ve´. Además , como lo menciona es una fuente de vitaminas para mantenernos nuestro cuerpo saludable.

Son una gran fuente de hierro. Cuando me hicieron un tratamiento de radioterapia me bajo la hemoglobina a 5. Y con habichuelas o vainitas pude estabilizar mi sistema inmunológico.
