Greetings Hive friends, today I was looking for some initiatives and I found this interesting one in the @HiveBookClub community, in which he invites us to answer four questions focused on reading, with this initiative we can know the habits that readers have when we go to read a good book that does not interest and attracts our attention. Next I will begin to answer each of the questions:

What is your favorite time or place to read?

Since I started studying in high school, it was when I started reading several books that the teachers sent us to read to do a work based on reading, and I got up very early at 6:00 am, which was the time in which everything was silent so that I could concentrate on reading, and in this way I was able to understand the content of the text I was reading. Afterwards, my habit changed considerably, now I can read with soft music that does not deconcentrate my reading at all, and the moment I do it is early in the morning, in my room where I also prepare some coffee to enjoy reading much more.

What makes you enjoy a book?

One of the things that makes me enjoy a book is that we can select the topic that we like of interest, and then we choose a place that is pleasant and comfortable to be able to enjoy this reading. There are times that I have read books that are topics related to daily life and through this we can reflect based on that experience of our life. They are books that keep us attentive to each page while reading and lead us to imagine things as if it were a suspense movie, where we are also learning and if I find a word that I do not understand, I write it down on a sheet and look in the dictionary or on my computer the meaning of this. In other words, a book is much more enjoyable when we really like the subject and the content we are reading.

Do you like to read outside, before bed, or on the bus on the way to work?

Another option that I like in reading is to read outdoors, although I have not done it, it would be interesting to climb a mountain and then sit down to read a good book, listening to the sound of the birds and appreciating the natural environment that is to be found. around me. It is a space that will allow me to concentrate more and better understand the content that I am reading.

Do you focus on character development, thoughtful messages, or the level of intrigue a plot generates in you?

When I read a book I really focus on the message that the author wants to convey and allows us to reflect on the performance of each of the characters that intervene in the book. Of course, all this will depend on the content of the book that is being read.

Saludos amigos de Hive, hoy estuve buscando algunas iniciativas y encontré esta interesante en la comunidad de @HiveBookClub, en la que nos invita a responder cuatro preguntas enfocadas en la lectura, con esta iniciativa podemos conocer los hábitos que los lectores tenemos cuando vamos a leer un buen libro que no interese y nos llame mucho la atención. A continuación voy a comenzar a responder cada una de las interrogantes:

¿Cuál es tu momento o lugar favorito para leer?

Desde que comencé a estudiar en bachillerato fue cuando me inicié en la lectura de varios libros que los docentes nos mandaba a leer para realizar un trabajo en base a la lectura, y me levantaba bien temprano a la 6:00 am, que era la hora en que todo estaba en silencio para poder concentrarme en la lectura, y de esta forma lograba comprender el contenido del texto que estaba leyendo. Después mi hábito cambió considerablemente ahora puedo leer con una música suave que no me desconcentra en nada la lectura, y el momento en que lo hago es temprano en la mañana, en mi habitación donde también preparo un poco de café para disfrutar mucho más la lectura.

¿Qué te hace disfrutar de un libro?

Una de las cosas que me hace disfrutar de un libro es que podemos seleccionar el tema que nos guste de interés, y luego escogemos un lugar que sea agradable y cómodo para poder disfrutar de esta lectura. Hay veces que he leído libros que son temas relacionados con la vida diaria y a través de esta podemos reflexionar en base a esa experiencia de nuestra vida. Son libros que nos mantienen atentos en cada página durante la lectura y nos llevan a imaginarnos las cosas como si fuese una película de suspenso, donde además vamos aprendiendo y si encuentro alguna palabra que no comprendo, la anoto en una hoja y busco en el diccionario o en mi computadora el significado de esta. Es decir que se disfruta mucho más de un libro cuando realmente nos gusta el tema y el contenido que estamos leyendo.

¿Le gusta leer al aire libre, antes de acostarse o en el autobús de camino al trabajo?

Otra de las opciones que me gusta en la lectura es leer al aire libre, aunque no lo he realizado sería interesante subir una montaña y luego sentarse para leer un buen libro, escuchando el sonido de los pájaros y apreciando el ambiente natural que se encuentra a mí alrededor. Es un espacio que me va permitir concentrarme más y entender mejor el contenido que estoy leyendo.

¿Te enfocas en el desarrollo del personaje, los mensajes reflexivos o el nivel de intriga que genera una trama en ti?

Cuando yo leo un libro realmente me enfoco en el mensaje que quiere dar entender el autor y nos permite reflexionar en cuanto a la actuación de cada uno de los personajes que intervienen en el libro. Claro todo esto va depender del contenido del libro que se esté leyendo.
