A Mountain Walk to Our Favorite Coffee Spot ☕️🍃

Hi everyone! I hope you’re all doing well today.

I’m sharing with you our little Wednesday tradition. As you all know, we have a favorite coffee shop up on the mountain near our place, and today we decided to take another walk up there and enjoy our coffee.

There’s just something special about walking through the beautiful mountain scenery, enjoying the fresh air, and knowing that a delicious cup of coffee is waiting for us at the end.

It’s become one of our favorite little things to do together.

Today, I’m with my mother-in-law and Auntie Petra. We’re going to meet Ella at the coffee shop, as she decided to drive there with her car.

The three of us started our walk up the mountain, and luckily, the weather was really beautiful today—perfect for walking and enjoying the fresh air.

As we walked, we took our time to look around and appreciate the beauty of nature. The peaceful surroundings, the fresh mountain air, and the lovely scenery made the walk just as enjoyable as the coffee waiting for us at the top.

Along the way, we passed by an apple farm, and it looked absolutely amazing! The trees were full of apples, with so many fruits already ripe and ready to be picked.

It was tempting to pick one right away, but apparently, there’s a special day when people are allowed to come and pick the apples. So, for now, we just enjoyed looking at the beautiful trees and all those delicious apples hanging from the branches.

So, we continued walking until we finally reached our favorite coffee shop. Thankfully, we also found a seat, so we settled in and ordered our coffee.

I ordered an affogato since they didn’t have iced coffee. It was definitely delicious, although the serving was a little too small for me!

We stayed there for about an hour, enjoying our coffee and having a really good conversation. It was such a nice and relaxing time together.

After that, we decided it was time to head back home. We walked again, taking our time and enjoying the beautiful views along the way. Sometimes, the walk home can be just as enjoyable as the walk there especially when you have good company and beautiful scenery all around you.

It was such a lovely sight and another little reminder of how beautiful this season can be here in the mountains.

Sometimes, it’s not just about the destination—it’s about enjoying the journey along the way.
