VISITA AL OBELISCO EN FAMILIA 🫂🗼[ESP-ENG]

Hola comunidad family&friends, recientemente visite el monumento del obelisco de mi ciudad Barquisimeto, ubicado en la redoma de la intersección de Avenida Florencio Jiménez y avenida Libertador es un lugar muy visitado por todas las personas de mi ciudad, ya que se pueden hacer varias actividades deportivas y recreativas, esta vez fui con mi papá y mis dos hermanos menores Julianny y Luis, es un lugar que mayormente transito en carro o en autobús pero esta vez estábamos haciendo otras diligencias cerca, una vez termine les dije a mi familia que quería ir y me llevaron.

Años pasados este lugar no era tan trendy y solo era visitado por deportistas que iban a correr, ahora se nota que el gobierno ha hecho una inversión para que el obelisco sea un sitio más turístico, actualmente tiene muchos spots para tomarse fotos, tiene mejor iluminación y por lo tanto es más seguro, tiene varios restaurantes y hay una mayor presencia de comerciantes y deportistas.

El obelisco es uno de los monumentos más antiguos de mi ciudad y tiene 75 metros de altura, anteriormente se podía subir y contemplar la vista de la ciudad desde las alturas, actualmente creo que ya no es posible, me hubiese gustado mucho subir y vivir esta experiencia pero bueno aproveché la oportunidad para tomarme varias fotos solo y otras junto con mi familia para tenerlas de recuerdo. Hello family&friends community, I recently visited the monument of the obelisk of my city Barquisimeto, located in the redoma of the intersection of Avenida Florencio Jimenez and Libertador avenue is a place very visited by all the people of my city, because you can do various sports and recreational activities, this time I went with my dad and my two younger brothers Julianny and Luis, is a place that mostly transit by car or bus but this time we were doing other errands nearby, once I finish I told my family that I wanted to go and they took me.

Years ago this place was not so trendy and was only visited by athletes who were going to run, now it is noticeable that the government has made an investment to make the obelisk a more touristy place, now has many spots to take pictures, has better lighting and therefore is safer, has several restaurants and there is a greater presence of merchants and athletes.

The obelisk is one of the oldest monuments of my city and is 75 meters high, previously you could climb and contemplate the view of the city from the heights, now I think it is no longer possible, I would have really liked to climb and live this experience but well I took the opportunity to take several photos alone and others with my family to have them as a souvenir.
