My Actifit Report Card: November 22 2022

Hello beautiful world!
Hope life has been going good for you..
Everything increases in importance with time. No one tolerates the sun in summer season but this sunlight becomes dear to everyone in winter. This is beautiful sight sun rising. The leaves have turned golden due to the sun's rays. This is not a playground but this time this garden is using for playing cricket match.

Like other days today again I get up very early in the morning and reached at my playground for physical exercise, yoga, meditation and playing cricket match. Now and days enjoying this moment very much.. Adjusting in new schedule always be interesting. It was ten over cricket match that I played today.

Second seventh match series going on here and my team is lagging with 2-1 . Hope soon it will be level up.. Four match to go to finish this series. My team is losing matches because of poor batting..
Today my stepping count is 9k steps. Same routine is going on from previous one week. It will be changed if there will change in weather as we are moving towards mid winter.
Finally finishing my activities with 9k steps that I get by walking, moving around the office and playing cricket match..
Thanks for stopping by..
Have a sweet dream..
Regards
