My Actifit Report Card: November 2 2022
Hello guys!
This is my whole days activities that I did throughout the day to take a stepping over 10k steps. Again pretty good stepping count. From yesterday continuously visiting cricket playground and there hard work is going on to make it dry. Sure it will be functional till Friday.
Before it the day started with jogging that I used to do over my roof along with meditation, yoga and exercise. Due to flood all park and garden were wet so it was alternate option. Now everything going good from Friday and I will spend there one hour for physical maintenance.
During lunch time I captured these fungi and beautiful flower while walking in the garden. Now it is common thing after rainy season.
At the time of evening I was in the market to buy sweets that I used to have at least one piece after meal.
Finally finishing my activities with 10k steps that I get by walking, moving around the office and visiting cricket playground..
