My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2022
Hello beautiful world!
Happy weekend to my all friends..
This is my today's actifit report card.. It was a bad day for me.. day started with usual routine and continued 9 o'clock after that suddenly situation changed and I was facing problem due to stomach pain. When it was out of control I have to take half day casual leave from office..
Meanwhile I was physically exhausted and its seemed that there was no energy inside me. Anyhow I reached block health community center.. Taken medicine and lay down almost for 6 hour. Even could not take my meal. Till late evening there was a little control and I was feeling little refresh.
All these activity I gained during morning time. Afternoon there was not activities. Anyhow I able to reach 7k steps that I get by walking moving around the office..
