Overcoming Your Negativity And Becoming Better
Negativity is said to be the expression of criticism of or pessimism about something. This simply mean not seeing good in something, this is an act of being pessimistic.
There are some people that negativity is all they portray. They are so blind to see positivity coming. We are not blame to them but to help them see the good side of life. One of the causes might be due to background, how they are been brought up and what they fed their mind with. Is one thing to come from a family or a settlement that failure is all they got and is another thing to settle in for failure. I can't get better, I've reached my limits, I'm not getting promoted in life, i should just settle with what have got. This is all they think of day in day out. They begin to think less of themselves. Breaking out of the box is not an option, giving up is all they see as the next best option to take.
People tends to focus more on negativity than positivity because they are overwhelmed by the circumstances that surrounds them.
We need to get rid of this negative mindset if we are to get better.
They influence how we think and act. And for us to be better we need to get rid of it all.
We need to take a moment to stop and consider the positive side. I will be sharing some tips on how to overcome negativity and how to become better
Self Awareness, Admitting For A Change
This is the first step if we are to overcome our negativity. This is the ability to recognize yourself, a simple, step-by-step tool that helps you figure out yourself.
You recognize any thoughts that are running through your mind both negative and positive ones. Observe your feelings and thoughts more objectively.
It is when you have observe yourself that you'll discover the extent of how negative thoughts has affected you. After that, you admit for a change. This is only how you can begin to tackle the negativities.
Challenge and Stop Negative Thoughts
The best tactic is to stop those negative thought whenever they begin.
There are several ways to challenge and stop negative thoughts.
Start your day with positive confession
Your confession has a lot to do if you would get better or not. Declare positive things to your life, i will be great, my day is blessed, i can do better than i have ever done, my best is yet to come and so on.
Ignore them
Ignoring negativity is another way of challenging and to stop negative thoughts. You can't ignore negative thoughts by just shifting your mind away from it. No. You have to indulge in something to keep it away from you. Like, reading books 📚, listening to music's 🎵 and some other activities that you think might help.
