Hola a todos mis amigos de #hive en esta oportunidad les voy a contar como ha sido mi domingo comiendo unos ricas hamburguesas, preparadas por este servidor.
Hello to all my #hive friends, this time I'm going to tell you how was my Sunday eating some delicious burgers, prepared by this server.
Desde hace ya varios días tenía un antojo de comer hamburguesas, así que hoy me quise dar ese gusto y utilicé ingredientes muy básicos la mayoría y sencillos los tenía en casa la mayoría, solo tuve que ir a comprar el pan.
For several days now I had a craving for hamburgers, so today I wanted to give myself that treat and I used very basic ingredients, most of which I had at home, I just had to go buy the bread.
Utilicé
Lechugas
Tomates
Cebollas
Mayonesa
Salsa de tomate
Queso
Carne molida
Pan de hamburguesas
Sal al gusto
Pimienta al gusto
Pan rayado
I used
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Onions
Mayonnaise
Tomato sauce
Cheese
Ground beef
Hamburger bun
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Bread crumbs
Preparación/Preparation
Lo primero que hice fué condimentar la carne con sal y pimienta.
The first thing I did was to season the meat with salt and pepper.
Luego agregué cebolla y ají dulce para darle más sabor, forme unas bolitas que aplastè y pase por pan rayado .
Then I added onion and sweet bell pepper to give it more flavor, formed small balls that I flattened and rolled in breadcrumbs.
Luego coloqué la carne a la parrilla para que se cocinara, mientras estaba lista pique la cebolla, el tomate y limpié la lechuga.
Then I put the meat on the grill to cook, while it was ready I chopped the onion, tomato and cleaned the lettuce.
Después de estar lista la carne me dispuse a preparar las hamburguesas de la siguiente manera como pueden ver en la siguiente foto.
After the meat was ready, I prepared the hamburgers as follows, as you can see in the following photo
Apesar que me faltaron más ingredientes quedaron muy ricas y suculentas, pasé un momento muy agradable compartiendo con mi novia @geritacs94 para pasar una tarde juntos muy especial.
Although I lacked more ingredients they were very rich and succulent, I had a very nice time sharing with my girlfriend @geritacs94 to spend a very special afternoon together.

Those burgers look delicious! I’ve never heard of rolling the meat in breadcrumbs. Does that give it a nice extra crisp?
