TURN OUR EXHAUSTION INTO SATISFACTION

Hello everyone, how are you doing? I hope we're all doing well.

It's been a while since I made a blog, I'm back again. I want to express my gratitude for all your support. 😇

We all had a hard time sometimes but I hope it doesn't lose our passion.
When you are going through a hard time, what are your motivations? What are the things that helps you through? I hope we can find our way of escape when we feel like trapped into a difficult situation. Your hobbies can help. You can turn your exhaustion into satisfaction, with the help of your spare-time activities.

As for me, I did this thing recently (converting my exhaustion into satisfaction). As I felt exhausted recently, I was like ‘I feel the need to entertain myself’. 😄 So I decided to draw for entertainment. My sister @joreneagustin also did the same, she has been drawing recently and she's loving it. My aunt @rosskenn tries it too. 😀

I want to share here in my blog this time the process I made on drawing. 😃

REFERENCE AND THE DRAWING

I think they call it vector art? I don't exactly know if I am right because the art I made was just a simple one. 😅

1. TRACE THE DETAILS

To be able to clearly see the traced details, I had to adjust the opacity of the reference into a lower opacity.

At first, I had a hard time figuring out how to use the ibispaint X app. Maybe we all experienced being unaware or we lack knowledge about a particular subject, as a beginner that's why it can be confusing. So it takes time to learn and become better at the right time.
Like, as a beginner in ibispaint X, we can do better as we take time to learn. 😄

2. COLORING

Second thing I did is, coloring the line drawings or the traced lines.
You can use the selection in ibispaint X app to make your coloring process easier, however you can also choose to color it using a chosen pen, that's how I colored the drawing. Because for me, I think when using a pen, it doesn't leave any uncolored spaces, it completely colors the layer even at the tiniest details. However, it also takes time because I still need to erase the overlapped colors.
Well, it depends on us. 😇

3. PUT THE HIGHLIGHT AND SHADOWS.

Lastly, I put the highlight and shadows. This is the hardest thing for me. I hope anyone can give any tips. 😅 Sometimes things are going opposite, sometimes hobby can turn into exhaustion, like ‘uh, how could it be so difficult?’.
Hahaha just kidding. 😅
