Before engaging in such outdoor activities don't forget to fill your stomach with healthy and perfect food to help improve the ability of outdoor activities. The consumed food becomes the energy to do the job because breakfast this morning has a great effect on the body because at night when we sleep all the food is processed into nutrients that the body absorb so completely that in the morning we need yet another nutrient to fill the missing nutrient.

Breakfast today is especially special because we make a large amount of yellow chili pepper rice because we're going to have activity in the garden garden growing vegetables with the family so until the afternoon we'll be here to finish the planting. Now that the food has arrived, we will have breakfast to fill our stomachs and our nutrients in our bodies to be able to engage in regular activity and we have a ration of a plate of red chili pepper rice with a savory deep-fried bean that is ideal for our morning mood.
