Hola mis amigos amantes de la costura, como siempre es un placer para mi poder compartir con ustedes mis remodelaciones y en esta ocasión no podía faltar un overol para mi repertorio.

MANOS A LA OBRA/LET'S DO IT


Dicho esto me pondré manos a la obra!
Materiales
Para hacer el overol utilizare como patrón un enterizo que me obsequiaron y un pantalón que me dio mi madre para que me hiciera algo a mi gusto.

Materials
To make the overalls I will use as a pattern a jumpsuit that they gave me and a pair of pants that my mother gave me so that I could make something to my liking.

Primero tomare el patrón y lo coloque sobre mi tela para cortar solo la parte inferior del enterizo (lo que será el pantalón), en fin, corte 4 piezas, 2 delanteras y dos traseras que luego procedí a unir por sus tiros y así me quedaron 2 partes: inferior delantera y trasera


First I will take the pattern and place it on my fabric to cut only the lower part of the jumpsuit (which will be the pants), in short, I cut 4 pieces, 2 front and two back that then I proceeded to join by their shots and that is how they remained. 2 parts: front and rear bottom

Para la parte superior utilice como patrón un vestido que realice anteriormente para compartirlo con ustedes, corte 2 piezas (izquierda y derecha) a las cuales procedí a agregarle un cierre para unirlas entre ellas, y al tener la parte superior ya armada la uní junto a su parte inferior


For the upper part, use as a pattern a dress that I made previously to share it with you, cut 2 pieces (left and right) to which I proceeded to add a closure to join them, and having the upper part already assembled I joined it together with its bottom

Para la parte superior trasera solo corte un rectángulo de tela al que le cosí el borde superior para luego unirlo junto a lo que será la parte inferior trasera del overol


For the upper back part I just cut a rectangle of fabric to which I sewed the upper edge to later join it together with what will be the lower back part of the jumpsuit

Con la parte frontal y trasera listas procedí a unirlas entre ellas con costuras laterales.


With the front and back ready, I proceeded to join them together with side seams

Luego tome un trozo de tela sobrante y corte varios listones de 5 cm de ancho los cuales cosí por sus bordes a lo largo, les di vuelta e hice una costura en el borde a modo de adorno, estos son los tirantes del overol los cuales uní en su frente y en la parte trasera con costura a mano.


Then I took a piece of excess fabric and cut several ribbons of 5 cm wide which I sewed along their edges along the length, I turned them over and made a seam on the edge as an ornament, these are the straps of the overalls which I joined on its front and on the back with hand stitching.

Para la parte del pecho tome un listón de tela que utilice para hacer los bordillos


For the chest part take a strip of fabric that I use to make the curbs

Con esto listo solo queda coser los ruedos y voila, un overol listo en muy pocos pasos


With this ready, all you have to do is sew the hemlines and voila, a jumpsuit ready in just a few steps
