Las mujeres somos delicadas con nuestra cabellera, constantemente nos vamos a la peluquerÃa y nos cortamos las puntas, nos hacemos nuevo look, baños de crema y muchas cosas más.

Hoy en dÃa se estila mucho el cabello largo, pero no es fácil mantenerlo; si trabajamos en la calle el cabello sufre mucho daño por el sol o la contaminación. Aquà en Venezuela tenemos la suerte de contar con buenos productos para el cabello, no solo de fábrica sino también productos naturales. Hoy quiero dedicar mi post a nosotras las mujeres de Hive, quiero invitarlas a que nos demos un cariño a nosotras mismas que siempre estamos en carrera de un lado a otro trabajando, atendiendo el hogar, los hijos y al esposo también.
Nowadays long hair is very fashionable, but it's not easy to maintain it; if we work in the street our hair suffers a lot of damage from the sun or pollution. Here in Venezuela we are lucky to have good hair products, not only from the factory but also natural products. Today I want to dedicate my post to us women of Hive, I want to invite you to give some love to ourselves who are always on the run from one side to another working, taking care of the home, children and husband too.
Vamos a realizar un tratamiento con coco y cambur para nutrir nuestro pobre cabello al que constantemente sometemos a la plancha y al secador. También me enteré que este tratamiento es muy bueno para la caÃda del cabello y para la caspa, es decir que nos vamos a dar un mega tratamiento que nos dejará el cabello muy hermoso por buen tiempo.
We are going to do a coconut and cambur treatment to nourish our poor hair that we constantly subject to the flat iron and blow dryer. I also found out that this treatment is very good for hair loss and dandruff, that is to say that we are going to give us a mega treatment that will leave our hair very beautiful for a long time
Los ingredientes que vamos a necesitar son:
Leche de coco
Aceite de oliva
Cambur
Sábila
Miel
The ingredients we are going to need are:
Coconut milk
Olive oil
Cambur
Aloe
Honey
Preparación de la crema:
Partimos el coco y lo cortamos en pedacitos para luego licuar con tan solo un poquito de agua, luego lo colamos en un colador normal y luego lo pasamos por un paño para sacarle cualquier grumo que le pueda quedar. Cuando ya tenemos nuestra leche lista la ponemos a hervir durante un minuto y bajamos del fuego de inmediato.
We cut the coconut into small pieces and then blend it with just a little bit of water, then we strain it in a normal strainer and then we pass it through a cloth to remove any lumps that may remain. When we have our milk ready we put it to boil for a minute and we lower the fire immediately.
Posteriormente licuamos un poquito junto con los demás ingredientes, la cantidad que estimes conveniente para tu cabello, yo utilicé solo un cambur y una penca de sábila.
Later we blend a little bit together with the other ingredients, the amount you deem convenient for your hair, I used only one cambur and a stalk of aloe vera.
Dejamos reposar la crema por 30 minutos
Nos untamos la crema con nuestras propias manos frotándonos por todos lados y sobre el cuero cabelludo también. Luego nos ponemos una bolsa plástica envolviendo todo el cabello para que el tratamiento sea mucho mejor.
We spread the cream with our own hands rubbing it all over and on the scalp as well. Then we put on a plastic bag wrapping all over our hair so that the treatment is much better.
Como ven yo me tomé mi media hora en serio y aproveché y me coloqué una mascarilla de pepino y sábila que son muy buenas para el cutis, también me coloqué unas rodajas de pepino que lo que me hicieron fue que me durmiera un ratito. Si quieres puedes leer un libro o ver una buena novela de esas que tanto nos gusta para que descanses la mente y te relajes de verdad.
As you can see I took my half hour seriously and I took advantage of it and put on a cucumber and aloe mask which are very good for the skin, I also put on some cucumber slices that made me sleep for a while. If you want you can read a book or watch a good novel of those that we like so much to rest your mind and really relax.

Después haberme enjuagado el cabello con un poquito de champú y dejarlo secar un rato, llegó mi salvadora de todos los domingos "Belkis" ella es quien me seca el cabello cada semana para estar siempre bella.

Y como resultado final les dejo este video donde les muestro el resultado final de este tratamiento, solo les puedo decir que mi cabello quedó suave y con un olor exquisito. Podemos repetir este proceso cada tres meses, estoy muy segura que nuestro amado cabello nos lo agradecerá.
