Hello HIVERS, excellent day for everyone, in this new post I am going to provide you with the steps to follow to recycle broken or old speakers.
We will give it a fresh, simple and innovative look using recycled materials and few tools.
In this post I will give you the steps to follow to build your own homemade mini amplifier, if you are like me a fan of technology, this first step is optional since if you have your amplifier you can skip it.
Remember that imagination is the canvas of our future, and we are all a single universe of ideas and talents.

Materials:
• 3” Container that serves as a drawer.
• 1 Cornet.
• 1 silicone bar.
• 1 meter of cable.
• Optional: Amplifier
• Silicone gun.

Materiales:
• 1 Recipiente de 3” que sirva como cajón.
• 1 Corneta.
• 1 barra de Silicón.
• 1 metro de cable.
• Opcional: Amplificador.
• Silicón.

Tools:
• Silicone gun.

Herramientas:
• Silicón.

(Optional) Materials for the amplifier
You get the characteristics in (data chip in google + transistor code).
The resistance table is obtained from google according to its colors its characteristics vary.
• Capacitor 1000uf 16v.
• TIP41 transistor.
• 1k resistance.
• Heat dissipator.
• 12v transformer.
• Jack 3.5.
• USB Cable.

• Capacitor 1000uf 16v
• Transistor TIP41
• Resistencia 1k;
• Potenciómetro 100k
• Disipador de calor
• Transformador 12v
• Jack 3.5
• Cable USB

Amplifier Tools
• Soldering iron; (In my case I did not use it because I ran out of tin, only cables and a pliers to fix all the elements very well and rubber insulators to protect the joints).

Step 1

• We begin by looking for all the elements previously indicated.
• In the case of wanting to make your own amplifier, I recommend that, if you are going to recycle the components, make sure you comply with the specifications of each element, the exact position of how they will be located in the circuit according to the plan that I am going to present.
This circuit is basic for a single speaker, This plan simplifies it from lines and symbols to real images taken in the process of making this post, so that it is easy to understand for all those who are starting and feel attracted to this world electronics like me.

Paso 1

We start by assembling the homemade amplifier, or if you already have one skip this procedure to step 2

Table 1; I show you how to start assembling the amplifier in one piece; transistor and heat sink.

Table 2; how each element of the circuit will be positioned and united.

Armed circuit following my plans only using cables, insulators and a pliers to hold pressure, do not use my soldering iron because I run out of tin.

Step 2

After having assembled my amplifier circuit, we select the drawer where we will place the speaker among our recyclable elements. And the key is to be creative to put the pieces together in the order or taste of your preference. I hope these examples will help you.
Some examples such as pipe blanking caps, elbows, pc fan funnels, vessels and others are very useful for this project.

Paso 2

Step 3
We proceed to mark in the speaker drawer where the power cables and headphones will pass.
Following this we pass the cables and make the connections in the amplifier circuit
In this container the horn did not fit at all because it was larger, the solution to this problem was to find a lid for a food container to make that perfect fit.
The amplifier circuit is fixed from the container and tied with plastic ties.

Paso 3

Step 4
And we finished the amplified speaker project.

Paso 4

I had already done this other project a long time ago, before I met HIVE and I also wanted to show them to them, it is the one I use on the television every day.
