Me gustaría compartir con ustedes una conversación reciente con un veguero venezolano (un trabajador del campo). este veguero llego a mi casa en busca de trabajo, ofreciéndose a cortar la maleza (monte) del patio y aceptaba como pago algo de comida o un pago mínimo, pero que quería trabajar, después de acordar el pago y el realizar su tarea, la cual me impresionó por su agilidad y compromiso en realizarla quede impresionado y se ganó mi respeto. después de lavarse y almorzar algo que le preparo mi esposa nos sentamos a conversar y surgió esta narración.
