Hoy me gustaría compartir con ustedes la primera etapa de mi gran aventura, nuestro viaje en honor a la Divina Pastora📿 desde el estado Aragua, ciudad Maracay📍 hasta estado Lara ciudad Barquisimeto🗺️, les contaré cómo fue esta experiencia para mi y algunos datos históricos de la ruta🛣️🚴‍♀️📜.

This trip took place on January 13 of this year, which had a planning and training weeks and even months in advance📆

El viaje fue idea de un devoto llamado Pedro Bolívar, miembro del grupo de ciclistas Limón Bike🍋, quién tiene varios años cumpliendo promesa a la Virgen🙏, en la religión "cumplir promesa" significa hacer una petición y prometer dar algo a cambio a esa figura bien sea un santo, Dios o algún ente espiritual, al obtener lo que se desea se debe realizar el pago de lo prometido.

Nuestro viaje arrancó desde el peaje de TapaTapa🛣️, Maracay a las 5:30 de la mañana🕘 y tuvimos nuestra primera parada llegando al peaje que esta cerca de la carretera de las Trincheras, Estado Valencia, donde nos dirigiriamos a Puerto Cabello, el Palito, para hacer nuestra primera parada de meriendas🍌🥮🥤.

Our trip started from the toll of TapaTapa🛣️, Maracay at 5:30 in the morning🕘 and we had our first stop arriving at the toll booth that is near the road of the Trenches, Valencia State, where we would go to Puerto Cabello, el Palito, to make our first stop for snacks🍌🥮🥤.

In this descent of the trenches each one went at his own pace, that is to say an individual🚴 speed, although when grouping again we continue with our speed of 30 to 25 kilometers per hour🏎️

Así que aprovechando la ventaja que tenía me dio tiempo de captar la primera alcabala militar de Puerto Cabello, ya que al ir en bicicleta es necesario mantener tu concentración en la vía y el volante, ya que es como un carro e incluso es más riesgoso🚴🚴‍♀️⚠️, por lo que se debe manejar con responsabilidad y precaución.

Una vez que llegamos al Palito, el cual esta situado a 17 metros metros sobre el nivel del mar🌊🔝, descansamos lo suficientemente y rápidamente seguimos con nuestro camino ya que nos esperaban mas de 190 kilómetros de recorrido, para llegar a nuestro destino final🙏.

A pocos kilómetros del poblado el palito, nos encontramos con las refinerías petrolíferas el Palito, las cuales son conocidas como las refinerías Venezolanas con mayor envergadura, estas actualmente se encuentran semi paralizadas debido a un incendio🔥🚒 que ocurrió en el año 2017📆, lo cual trajo consigo consecuencias en la producción de crudos, gasolina entre otros rubros. Estas refinerías están dirigidas y controladas por PDVSA (una empresa ahora gubernamental de Petróleos en Venezuela🏭🇻🇪, ubicada en el municipio Puerto Cabello, estado Carabobo📍)

A few kilometers from the town of El Palito, we find the Oil Refineries El Palito, which are known as the Venezuelan refineries with the largest size, these are currently semi paralyzed due to a fire🔥🚒 that occurred in 2017📆, which brought with it consequences in the production of crude oils, gasoline among other items. I find it super curious how the fact of traveling fills you with history and culture, it was really extraordinary to be able to observe the sea, nature and the wonderful things that surrounded us during our journey, they are unforgettable moments🍃 in which you can only keep in your memory because it does not give you time for anything else, since you are absorbed in what is happening in your present.
