How is my beloved Hive community doing? I hope that everyone is very well. I am much calmer because Dominique is recovering little by little, today I come to tell you about the post-operative update of my dear Domi.

¿Cómo se encuentra mi querida comunidad de Hive? espero que todos se encuentren muy bien yo me encuentro muchísimo mas tranquila porque Dominique se esta recuperando poco a poco, hoy vengo a contarles la actualización post operatoria de mi querido Domi.
In our previous update we talked about the preoperative process and the operation itself, where it was evidenced that he had a stone creating an obstruction in the intestine, we do not know when he could swallow the object but we are studying some ideas on how to avoid these inconveniences in the future, that eat something without supervision from us, we have the idea of putting a muzzle on it when we walk it, in the same way we are open to listen to any suggestion of similar cases.
En nuestra actualización anterior hablamos sobre el proceso preoperatorio y la operación en si, donde se evidencio que tenia una piedra creando una obstrucción en el intestino, desconocemos cuando pudo tragar el objeto pero estamos estudiando algunas ideas de como evitar a futuro estos inconvenientes, de que coma algo sin supervisión de nosotros, tenemos la idea de colocarle un bozal cuando lo paseamos, de igual forma estamos abierto a escuchar cualquier sugerencia de casos similares.
When I woke up this morning I had the joy of receiving from my mother two videos showing Dominique awake, even with the track in the front part, but walking and smelling, because of his body position it could be understood that he feels strange or even a little pain in the abdominal area because he still has a very large and recent scar.
Cuando desperté esta mañana tuve la dicha de recibir de mi madre dos videos donde mostraban a Dominique despierto, aun con la vía en la parta delantera, pero caminando y oliendo, por su posición corporal se podría entender que siente extraño o incluso un poco de dolor en el área abdominal debido a que tiene aun una cicatriz muy grande y reciente.
The doctor requested that they bring him some chicken broth (thanks @amariajose838 for that wonderful broth), although he has received hydration, analgesics and antibiotics intravenously, they wanted to start giving fluids by mouth to measure Dominique's tolerance to the Food while they are still in hospital, according to the budget the days of hospitalization end tomorrow, which is maintained according to Domi's response, which so far looks favorable.
El doctor solicito que le llevaran un poco de caldo de pollo (gracias @amariajose838 por ese maravillosos caldo), aunque ha recibido hidratación, analgésicos y antibióticos por vía intravenosa, querían comenzar a suministrar fluidos por vía oral para medir la tolerancia de Dominique a los alimentos mientras se encuentran aun el hospitalización, según el presupuesto los días de hospitalización culminan mañana, el cual se mantiene según la respuesta de Domi, que hasta los momentos se ve favorable.
These days are crucial to determine if the operation was successful, although yesterday we evidenced that where the obstruction occurred there was a purple color, contrary to the normal light pink of the rest of the intestine, the doctor's criteria at the time of the operation was to remove the obstruction and not removing that part of the intestine that could still be recovered.
This decision will also allow the recovery to be less traumatic because having removed part of the intestine it would be more invasive for the body and it would take longer to recover.
Estos días son cruciales para determinar si la operación fue exitosa, a pesar que ayer evidenciamos que donde ocurrió la obstrucción había un color morado, contrario al rosado claro normal del resto de intestino, el criterio del doctor al momento de la operación quedo en retirar la obstrucción y no retirar esa parte del intestino que aun podía recuperarse.
Esta decisión también va a permitir que la recuperación sea menos traumatica porque de haber retirado parte del intestino seria mas invasivo para el organismo y tardaría mas en recuperarse.
Domi has a very good demeanor, my brother and my aunt visited him this afternoon and they both agree that he is better, that he is recovering from the operation but that he still feels a bit groggy from the anesthesia, I was very worried because there was communication problems because my brother does not currently have a cell phone and I did not know until mid-afternoon how my little one was doing.
Domi tiene muy buen semblante, mi hermano y mi tía lo visitaron hoy en la tarde y ambos coinciden que se encuentra mejor, que se esta recuperando de la operación pero que aun se siente un poco atontado por la anestesia, yo estaba muy preocupada porque hubo problemas de comunicación porque mi hermano no tiene celular actualmente y no supe hasta media tarde como seguía mi pequeño.
The doctor indicated that Dominique should maintain a liquid diet and then a soft diet for at least 20 days, this happens because the stool must be prevented from becoming too hard because the intestine is still very sensitive.
Tomorrow, when Dominique is discharged from the hospital, we will have the doctor's reports, the recipes for the next days' medications and the instructions for care.
Again, thank you all very much, you cannot imagine the feeling that floods me when I think of all the wonderful people who have been part of this, who helped us and how many people have approached me to tell me about their experiences with similar cases, giving me many advice.

El doctor indico que Dominique debía mantener una dieta liquida y luego una dieta blanda por al menos 20 días, esto sucede porque se debe evitar que las heces se endurezcan demasiado porque el intestino aun se encuentra muy sensible.
El día de mañana cuando Dominique salga del alta en la hospitalización tendremos los informes del doctor, los récipes para las medicinas de los próximos días y las indicaciones de cuidado.
De nuevo muchas gracias a todos, no se imaginan el sentimiento que me inunda cuando pienso en todas las maravillosas personas que han sido parte de esto, que nos ayudado y cuantas personas se han acercado a mi para contarme sus experiencias con casos similares, dándome muchos consejos.
Of course, I must thank all the people who have followed the case closely, as if Dominique were just another member of their families, we are very moved and eternally grateful for helping us ensure that Domi is with us for many years to come.
Regarding the budget, it was paid in full to the hospital by a friend of my mother, now we are gathering the money we have and the money that has come from various sources to buy the foreign currency and reimburse it as soon as possible. $, there is very little left, but the most important thing is that we were able to save my child.

Por su puesto debo agradecer a todas las personas que han seguido el caso de cerca, tal como si Dominique fuera un miembro mas de sus familias, nosotros estamos muy conmovidos y eternamente agradecidos por ayudarnos a garantizar que Domi nos acompañe por muchos años mas.
Con respecto al presupuesto, fue pagado en su totalidad al hospital por una amiga de mi madre, ahora nos encontramos juntando el dinero que tenemos y el que ha llegado de diversas fuentes para comprar las divisas y reintegrárselas en la brevedad, pudimos juntar hasta fecha 320$, falta muy poco, pero lo mas importante es que pudimos salvar a mi niño.
