Steps to remove semi-permanent nail polish // Pasos para retirar el esmalte semipermanente 💅👣💅👣💅👣

It's the first time I write in this community, receive my respects and cordial greetings. Today I want to tell you about my experience with semi-permanent polishes; first time using them and I didn't know how to remove it.

While it is true that the nails look very pretty, the polish lasts many days, it is also true that after the growth of the nail and cuticle, its appearance is not as beautiful as at the beginning. In that sense, my manicurist recommended me to buy a special remover to remove it, I asked in a store and they didn't have it, because of the day to day dynamics, the days went by and I didn't buy it.

One day I was writing in #hive and it occurred to me to look on youtube, and.... Bingo!... I found several tutorials, I watched only two and in one of them I got what I needed. Here is the link. • Remover or acetone / Removedor o acetona
• Cuticle Pusher / Repujador de Cutícula
• Nail Files / Limas de Uñas: N°150, 180 or 200
• Cotton swab / Algodón
• Aluminum foil / Papel de Aluminio

💅.- With a number 150 file remove the shine from the nails by lightly filing the nail without putting too much pressure on the nail, so as not to damage or weaken it.

💅.- Cut 10 pieces of cotton and 10 pieces of aluminum foil, one for each nail.

💅.- Moisten a small piece of cotton with acetone or remover, place on the nail and wrap it with aluminum foil for 15 minutes.

💅With a cuticle pusher remove the nail polish. I left it for 20 minutes and the polish lifts by itself, there is very little to remove.

💅.- Humedecer con acetona o removedor un trocito de algodón, colocar sobre la uña y envolverla con papel de aluminio durante 15 minutos.
💅.- Con un repujador de cutícula retirar el esmalte. Yo lo dejé 20 minutos y el esmalte se levanta solo, es muy poco lo que hay que retirar.

💅.- To remove all the polish, file the nail again, with a file number 180 or 240 to reduce the damage caused by the chemicals. Finally, massage the nail and cuticle with a little almond oil.

As you can see your nails are clean again, no need to use a special remover, or aggressive treatments, follow these simple home tips and you will have healthy nails, ready for the next decoration. Thanks for reading and supporting my post.
