Los refranes son dichos populares y anónimos cuya finalidad es transmitir una enseñanza, un mensaje o llamar a la reflexión. En mi caso particular mi mamá nos educó a punta de refranes. Para cada situación tenía uno. Con mucha alegría, orgullo y honor aprendí con sus refranes, crecí escuchándolos y hoy día los pongo en práctica. Se los transmito a todas las personas de mi entorno: estudiantes, familiares y amigos.

Sayings are popular and anonymous sayings whose purpose is to convey a teaching, a message or call for reflection. In my particular case my mom educated us at the point of sayings. She had one for every situation. With great joy, pride and honor I learned with her sayings, I grew up listening to them and today I put them into practice. I pass them on to everyone around me: students, family and friends.

Hace varios días mi amiga @evev me invitó a participar en la iniciativa de @veronicamartinc la cual acepté con gusto porque me declaro refranera, me gustan por su jocosidad y por el mensaje intrínseco que llevan consigo. Comparto con ustedes mi repertorio.

Por respeto no escribo la palabra completa🤣😂 Pero a buen entendedor con pocas palabras basta. Ella con esto se refería, que por no hacerle caso siempre nos íbamos a meter en problemas. Este refrán solía decirlo cada vez que las cosas pasaban y ella nos había prevenido antes. Lo recuerdo en mi mente como si la estuviera oyendo. Muy sabías las madres, siempre saben protegernos.

This saying she used to say it every time things happened and she had warned us before. I remember it in my mind as if I were hearing it. Very wise mothers, they always know how to protect us.

Este nos los decía para que no nos metieramos en problemas, si sucedía algún problema y nosotros estabámos presente; si alguien nos preguntaba, respondieramos: no sé; aunque supiéramos. Porque si uno decía que sí sabía, luego te están llamando a declarar o atestiguar. Vas a estar de aquí para allá declarando. Por el contrario si decías que NO; hasta ahí llegó la preguntadera. No sé, no sé y punto final.

Este refrán hacía referencia al hecho de que si no tenías dinero para comprar algo, debías comenzar a organizarte con tiempo para lograr obtener el dinero para ir comprando, sin apuros. Ese refrán siempre lo recuerdo cuando hacía alusión a las compras navideñas. En casa nos compraban los estrenos a partir del mes de octubre, aprovechar las ofertas de la época, para evitar el aumento y la escasez propia de la fecha; ya que es propio de las festividades navideñas y de fin de año el sobreprecio en todos los artículos.

This saying referred to the fact that if you didn't have money to buy something, you should start to organize yourself with time to get the money to go shopping, without rushing. I always remember this saying when I alluded to Christmas shopping. At home we used to buy the new products starting in October, to take advantage of the offers of the season, to avoid the increase and the shortage of the date; since it is typical of the Christmas and New Year's holidays the overpricing in all items.

Mi mamá siempre nos decía que los hombres no daban nada, sin ningún interés aparente. Siempre tenía otras intenciones, que dejarámos de ser tan ingenuas. ¡Todo en esta vida tiene un precio, así que avispate! me parcece que la estuviese oyendo😅🙄 así nos decía, cada vez que recibíamos regalos de pretendientes y/o enamorados.

My mom always told us that men gave nothing, with no apparent interest. She always had other intentions, that we should stop being so naive. Everything in this life has a price, so be warned! it seems to me that she was listening to her😅🙄 so she used to tell us, every time we received gifts from suitors and/or lovers.

Me gustaría seguir contando anécdotas al respecto, pero son tres y yo puse cuatro. Mi papá tampoco se quedaba atrás, él era de pocas palabras, más puntual, nos decía: "La peor diligencia es la que no se hace". "La pelea que se gana , es la que se evita". "Para pelear se necesitan dos". "La educación no pelea con nadie". "La brutalidad se respeta". Entre otros... Espero les gusten y los apliquen a sus vidas.
