1️⃣ ¿Cuál es la cita favorita que te motiva o inspira? Quién la dijo y qué la hace especial para ti?

Antes pensaba que era de Buda, pero en esta comunidad me hicieron la corrección de la cual estoy muy agradecida; porque ya no sigo cometiendo el mismo error.

Desde que la leí me hizo clic en el cerebro, porque muchas veces actuamos en automático, hay momentos o situaciones que hacemos todo lo opuesto a lo que realmente queremos por la presión social. Vivimos en una sociedad muy controlada sistemáticamente por los medios sociales, y muchas veces es difícil actuar con principios y valores morales. No lo digo por mí, sino por las cosas que veo a mi alrededor.

La mente es quien domina el cuerpo y si la contaminamos con toda la basura que hay en el exterior, terminamos sufriendo nosotros mismos por algo que no nos pertenece. Dañamos nuestra salud física y mental escuchando noticias negativas, alarmantes, amarillistas, quejas de todo tipo con las personas que convivimos, en las redes sociales y en todo nuestro entorno. Además hay demasiada violencia en todos los aspectos: racistas, religiosos, políticos, culturales, sociales, económicos y pare usted de contar.

En ese sentido, por mi salud mental decidí que, no le permito a nadie que entre en mi mente con los pies sucios; mi paz mental es innegociable; las personas con las que comparto deben hablar de temas de interés común y con una buena vibra positiva. Ley de atracción: atraemos lo que somos, en lo que pensamos y en lo que vibramos. Namasté🙏

2️⃣ ¿Cuál es una de tus historias favoritas? Puede ser un libro que te guste,
o tal vez una historia que te contaron o leíste de niño.

El Alquimista de Paulo Coehlo, esta historia me atrapó desde la primera vez que la leí, lo he leído dos veces. Lo he comprado dos veces y las dos veces lo regalé, bueno una lo regalé, la otra lo presté y no me lo devolvieron, entonces digo que lo regalé. Lo leí hace como 20 años y mi mente todavía resuena con dos frases que hoy día las aplico en mi vida diaria.

El universo siempre conspira a tu favor, para encontrar tu leyenda personal. Desde ese momento adopté esas dos frases, quizás en ese momento no las entendía muy bien como hoy día. Y puedo dar fe que es muy cierto, el universo siempre conspira para que logremos nuestros sueños. También habla de salir de la zona de confort, hay que moverse para cumplir nuestra leyenda personal.

A través de la historia se van tejiendo un sin fin de aventuras las cuales, van dejando al lector una serie de enseñanzas las cuales son herramientas útiles para resolver las distintas situaciones que se nos presentan en la vida. La historia muestra un enfoque muy fresco que los tesoros más valiosos están dentro de nosotros mismos y no afuera como nos enseñaron. Me gustaría volver a leerlo, seguro veré otras enseñanzas que en el momento no las ví o no las recuerdo.

I used to think it was Buddha's, but in this community they made the correction for which I am very grateful; because I no longer keep making the same mistake.

Since I read it it clicked in my brain, because many times we act in automatic, there are moments or situations that we do everything opposite to what we really want because of social pressure. We live in a society that is very systematically controlled by social media, and many times it is difficult to act with principles and moral values. I am not saying this for me, but for the things I see around me.

It is the mind that dominates the body and if we contaminate it with all the garbage that is on the outside, we end up suffering ourselves for something that does not belong to us. We damage our physical and mental health by listening to negative, alarming, yellow news, complaints of all kinds with the people we live with, in social networks and all around us. In addition, there is too much violence in all aspects: racist, religious, political, cultural, social, economic and you stop counting.

In that sense, for my mental health I decided that I do not allow anyone to enter my mind with dirty feet; my peace of mind is non-negotiable; the people with whom I share must talk about topics of common interest and with a good positive vibe. Law of attraction: we attract what we are, in what we think and in what we vibrate. Namaste🙏

2️⃣ What is one of your favorite stories? It can be a book you like,
or maybe a story you were told or read as a child.

The Alchemist by Paulo Coehlo, this story grabbed me from the first time I read it, I have read it twice. I have bought it twice and both times I gave it as a gift, well one time I gave it as a gift, the other time I lent it and did not get it back, so I say I gave it as a gift. I read it about 20 years ago and my mind still resonates with two phrases that today I apply in my daily life.

The universe always conspires in your favor to find your personal legend. From that moment on I adopted those two phrases, perhaps at that time I did not understand them as well as I do today. And I can attest that it is very true, the universe always conspires for us to achieve our dreams. It also talks about getting out of the comfort zone, we must move to fulfill our personal legend.

Throughout the story an endless number of adventures are woven, leaving the reader with a series of teachings which are useful tools to solve the different situations that arise in life. The story shows a very fresh approach that the most valuable treasures are within ourselves and not outside as we were taught. I would like to read it again, for sure I will see other teachings that at the moment I didn't see them or I don't remember them.
