Yo no estaba muy segura de haber entendido y pregunté que ¿por qué ella estaba haciendo eso?🤔😲 La reacción inmediata de ella fue una profunda molestia, luego alzó el tono y cambio de actitud pasible y amable a agresiva y soberbia. No entendí nunca su comportamiento, ni antes ni después.

This is the typical reflection of the Ego that I mentioned before, she decided for a community, nobody told her to do that, moreover she also did not consult with the collective if we agreed, there was no active participation of the affected parties. On the other hand, many of the people present are as affected as I am by this arbitrary decision and nobody said anything. They all prefer to keep quiet to avoid problems, discussions, conflicts, lawsuits or being labeled as rebels without a cause as I was labeled.

Éste es el típico reflejo del Ego que yo mencionaba antes, ella decidió por una comunidad, nadie le dijo que hiciera eso, además tampoco consultó con el colectivo si estabámos de acuerdo, no hubo participación activa de las partes afectadas. Por otro lado, muchas de las personas presentes, son tan afectadas como yo por esa desición arbitraria y nadie dijo nada. Todos prefieren callar para evitar problemas, discusiones, conflictos, juicios o señalizaciones de rebeldes sin causa como me etiquetaron a mi.

Esto suele suceder en todas las comunidades, se atacan a las personas y no a los problemas. Las personas se creen dueños de las comunidades que gerencian, y es ahí donde se pierde el concepto de comunidad; porque prevalecen los intereses propios sobre los del colectivo. Se pierde la esencia de la comunidad cuando no están establecidas las normas de convivencias y las reglas para el buen funcionamiento de la misma. Quizás no lo hizo con mala intención, pero desde mi óptica fue arbitraria e inclusive ilegal. El salario del trabajador es intocable. Existen fechas preestablecidas para los pagos del salario del personal que allí labora.
